Hello. We stayed at this villa at the end of August. Feelings are ambivalent. of the pros: good location, the presence of Wi-Fi, the equipment works silently (air conditioning, refrigerator), a good plasma TV. The owners of the villa are hospitable. Of the minuses: old furniture, the room is dirty, there are a lot of ants, the room was never cleaned in 10 days, the garbage had to be thrown out by ourselves, the bed linen was not changed even once, towels were changed 1 time.

The photos do not correspond to reality, old broken furniture, disgusting service, when we entered the room we saw a dirty floor, the presence of any toiletries is missing !! ! We did not find any reviews for this hotel before leaving. We needed a 2-room suite with a kitchenette, because. We traveled with a small child and had to cook his own food. Also arranged the location, close to the beach and the Yatra path. Pros: indeed, not far from the beach, about 10 minutes, close to shops, the noise of cars did not interfere.

Pros: indeed, not far from the beach, about 10 minutes, close to shops, the noise of cars did not interfere. The room was clean enough only at the time of check-in. Upon check-in, they provided a crib for the child. There was no cooking pot for the child - they gave it.
Cons: First impression: we came to someone in Zatoka, in the private sector. A small courtyard littered with all sorts of household quarries, dishes, etc. Ok, settled.
Number. The entrance is directly into the living room, from which to the right is a kitchenette 1.5m2 (with a door! ) And a toilet / shower. To the left is the bedroom through which there is access to the balcony. Moving around the room so as not to wake someone up is basically impossible. Periodic operation of the puncher - almost every day, sometimes from 9 am, sometimes at 3 pm... Come on, put the child to bed. Shower - heated for a long time, sometimes not heated at all. Bed linen - washed to the bone. Towels were only for 2 people. The 3rd set was brought in 5 days. We had our own towel for the child. Pillows are terrible. Sleeping on them is unrealistic. Soap is missing. We ran out of toilet paper - we bought it ourselves. Means for washing dishes, a sponge, a cloth for the table - they bought themselves. Garbage was taken 2 times, then we took it out ourselves. Removed - 1 time. Linen was not changed even once in 11 days. WiFi barely works and often disappears. The constant presence of the owners of the hotel in a very homely manner does not affect the quality of service. For some reason, they constantly popped into the rooms of our neighbors several times a day... By the way, they do not speak Russian or English. On the day of departure, it was impossible to extend the room for a surcharge, or even agree on a changing room. All suitcases were in the yard.
Slovenska beach - the sea is dirty, merchants with boiled corn and other junk are present and there is nowhere to hide from the cry "Kuvan corn". The cost of 2 sun loungers and an umbrella is from 10 to 15 euros per day. Mogren, of course, is much more beautiful and the water there was cleaner, but far enough on foot, unless you take a bus to the old town (0.5 euros). 2 beds + umbrella - 15 euros. Although, when the weather was "so-so" - they took 10 euros. We ate at different places. Prices: lunch in an express restaurant (like a canteen) - for 2 with drinks about 15 euros. In restaurants near the beach, seafood salad costs 15 euros, a portion of lamb is about 12 euros, a kilogram of grilled shrimp is 80 euros. If you want to cook shrimp yourself - in the market 20 euros per kilo. Plenty of fast food: a piece of pizza - 1.5 euros, gyros -3 euros. In supermarkets, prices are approximately at the level of Kiev prices, normal.
Personally, for myself, I concluded that I would not go to any mini-hotels anymore, because. the feeling that you live with relatives in the country, under their keen eyes, always haunts you. Yes, the country is VERY beautiful, but, unfortunately, this impression is overshadowed by the poor service of the hotel owners and the dirt on the beaches. Compared to a trip to Greece on the island of Kos last year - heaven and earth. For much less money rested much better. It's a pity.

Upon arrival at this villa, the impression was not very good, an unpleasant smell, an old, worn, multi-colored bed with old stains, they are not cleaned every day, a toilet with a transparent door overlooking the bed, there were no curtains. During our absence, those who are not too lazy and the owners and the staff came into the room, and once they returned, the keys were stuck in the door and there was no one, I'm afraid to imagine the consequences that could be.

The TV didn’t work for us for a week, the owners complained about the universe, but they didn’t want to do anything, only on the day of our departure they called the master on TV, Wi-Fi worked intermittently, sometimes there was no light. This Villa is without food, by the way, I do not advise you to take it without food, as you will spend much more. Excursions - I do not advise Albania, for 35 euros, we were rented all day in a minibus, they showed us the view from the window, we were tired, we were angry and hungry.
