We lived in a studio room, the room is small, the furniture is not bad, a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, stove and utensils, wi-fi. Cleaning and change of towels every day. Everything is quiet, calm and clean, no one bothers you, our windows overlooked other villas, but the plus was that the hum of cars did not interfere and on a small balcony where there is a table and chairs there was a coniferous smell due to a growing tree.

Close to the sea. The beach is good, wrench. But you can get used to it without special shoes. In Montenegro, for now, what is called sandy beaches, but everywhere there are pebbles, the difference is only in its size. We didn't take breakfast. After all, they don’t cook in the villa, people went to a nearby cafe, who paid for breakfast. To the right of the villa there is a cafe where the complex: soup, salad and goulash 4 euros, large portions. We took 2 servings for three and really overate. Supermarkets and everything you need is nearby. Within walking distance of the old town of Budva and do not be too lazy to walk to Sveti Stefan - on the way you will see beautiful beaches and gorgeous panoramas! In a word, I recommend the villa and Montenegro is a very beautiful country!

We rested together with my husband. The room has good furniture and plumbing. A comfortable 2-bed, a large closet, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, a kettle, dishes, yes. Clean and comfortable. A room with a balcony, overlooking the sea. Cleaned daily, very clean. I was also pleasantly surprised by the daily change of towels and bed change 2 times a week.

It takes 3 minutes to walk to the sea. The beach is clean. Near the hotel there is a supermarket, vegetable shop, bakery. The only negative for those who love silence is that the hotel is located on one of the central streets of Budva. Cars drive all day and people go to the embankment. But if you close the windows and turn on the air conditioner, you can’t hear anything.

We rested at this villa in late June - early July 2012. In general, the memories are positive. The location of the villa is quite convenient, the beach is a 5-minute walk, there are many cafes nearby, a taxi and bus stop is also nearby, you don’t need to climb up the mountain, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the old town.

The location of the villa is quite convenient, the beach is a 5-minute walk, there are many cafes nearby, a taxi and bus stop is also nearby, you don’t need to climb up the mountain, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the old town. By the way, up the street there is a Megamarket store, which is much better and larger than Slavia, which for some reason is recommended to all tourists. We found it ourselves.
The hotel was cleaned every day, towels were also changed every day, bed linen was changed 1 time. The bathroom is clean, there was always hot water, the air conditioner works well, there is a safe in the room, cable TV, although there are only 3-4 channels in Russian, a small refrigerator.
The beach is pebbly, 8-10 euros for two sun loungers and an umbrella. The free beach is small and didn't like it at all. Paid beaches are clean. There is free wi-fi on the beach, by the way, many cafes also have it. We always ate in a cafe, always very tasty, and relatively inexpensive, the portions are very large, you should not take two! In the old town there are many restaurants, cafes, clubs, souvenir shops, attractions, where to spend time. Excursions should be ordered from locals. it is almost two times cheaper than tour operators for all the same, there are always Russian-speaking guides. We were on three (Boka Kotor Bay, Dubrovnik in Croatia, Skadar Lake), we all liked it very much.
Now about the cons of the hotel. "Sea-view" is absolutely not worth the money, because from our second floor the sea was not visible at all. We had to take this number because there were no others. Wi-fi is very weak, if your windows face the entrance, at the reception, so to speak, it will still be caught, in other places - no, so there is essentially an Internet only at the entrance. In the last two days, for some reason, we decided not to clean up. There is no freezer in the refrigerator, they wanted to make ice, the water did not freeze. And the windows overlooked a very busy street, I had to sleep with the windows closed and air conditioning, and it's cold. . .
But in general, I liked everything.

I agree with all the previous positive reviews. The villa is really very good. We lived in the second building (rooms with a mini-kitchen) in two rooms - on the first (13) and fourth floors (19). The rooms are clean, cleaning and change of towels - daily. The air conditioner works great. This was especially true for rooms on the fourth floor.

The rooms are clean, cleaning and change of towels - daily. The air conditioner works great. This was especially true for rooms on the fourth floor. On the first floor, due to the fact that the room was on the north side, it was cool and without air conditioning. Each room has a boiler, so there is no problem with hot water. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need - an electric stove, a mini-fridge, a kettle, dishes, glasses, glasses, a coffee pot. TV with 62 channels, one in Russian. What else? Small balcony with clothes dryer and a couple of chairs. As for the noise, I can not say that it was so disturbing. Unless it was noisy on the first floor in recent days, but it was not noisy on the street - overly cheerful Serbs settled in the next room, who had fun until late at night. Yes, as for the shops - a bakery is 200 meters away, a vegetable store is 100 meters away, a grocery store is in the next house, a couple of cafes across the road. I can also recommend Mesara butcher shops - a variety of semi-finished meat products. You choose and right there in front of you they are cooked on the grill. The nearest one is a five-minute walk towards the Old Town. When we were leaving, on the first floor of Harmony, they were finishing work on window dressing - they were opening their own small shop. The villa is located almost at the opposite end of the beach from the Old Town. For those who go on vacation with children, I think it is an ideal place to relax - closer to the center it will be much more noisy. I also liked the beach - small pebbles. The only thing is that it will be crowded during the high season. By the way, for lovers of extreme sports there is a bungee. In a word, the impressions about the villa are the most positive.

There are very few reviews of this villa on the Internet, so I will do my bit for future tourists. So, Villa Harmony in Budva is a mini-hotel of two buildings. In one, as I understand it, there are apartments with a kitchen, in the other - ordinary rooms. In general, I liked the villa. On the day of arrival, the hostess cordially greeted everyone with brandy)) Our room was a double room, in my opinion, quite spacious.

In one, as I understand it, there are apartments with a kitchen, in the other - ordinary rooms. In general, I liked the villa. On the day of arrival, the hostess cordially greeted everyone with brandy)) Our room was a double room, in my opinion, quite spacious. The room has a TV with 62 channels in different languages, including 1 Russian, a mini-fridge, air conditioning, an electric kettle and a minimal set of dishes. The room was cleaned daily, towels were also changed every day. Bed linen was changed after a week of stay. It is literally 3 minutes to walk to the nearest beach, although, according to reviews, it is not very good. I can’t say anything myself, because this fact didn’t interest me at all, I don’t lie on the beach. In about 20 minutes you can walk to the town of Becici and there you will definitely find a beach to your liking) The Old Town from Harmony is about 30 minutes at a slow walking pace. Moreover, there are three parallel roads - one along the roadway, the second along the sea, and the third between them, all strewn with souvenir shops, travel agencies and restaurants. The largest grocery store in Budva, Slavia (by our standards, just tiny) is five minutes from the villa.
And finally, a fly in the ointment, that is, about what prevented the villa from being given a five. The first point, which was essential for me, but may not bother you. The key to the room and the building is one for two. Since my friend and I had different interests, we had to adapt to each other, which created certain inconveniences. Well, and more significant - the villa is located near the road and therefore it is VERY noisy there. I don’t know, maybe in those rooms that overlook the mountains, the noise of the street is not so audible, but ours went sideways to the sea and the road, respectively. Do not believe if you are told that it is calm there at night - cars and, most importantly, motorcycles rush there around the clock with the same intensity. In fairness, it is worth noting that if you close the double-glazed window, then you can’t hear the noise, but it’s stuffy to sleep with a closed balcony, and it’s cold with air conditioning. )) At this moment, of course, everything is also subjective, if you have healthy children’s sleep, then the noise will not a hindrance to you)
But that's actually all about the villa. I hope the review will be useful to someone.

rested in June 2009 at Villa Harmony. About the hotel: The location is good in my opinion. To the sea 5-7 minutes, from our balcony (2nd floor) the sea was visible. The supermarket is also 5-7 minutes, the bakery (there are delicious pastries and always piping hot) is 2 minutes, a step away from the villa there is a small shop where you can buy something to eat.

The supermarket is also 5-7 minutes, the bakery (there are delicious pastries and always piping hot) is 2 minutes, a step away from the villa there is a small shop where you can buy something to eat. The villa is divided into 2 parts - A and B. We were in A, that is, without a kitchen. But we didn't need to. And so the room is quite spacious, wardrobe, dressing table, large bed. The bathroom is also not small, the shower is decent. The water was hot regularly (the main thing is not to turn off some kind of switch in the corridor). In general, understand. The room had a balcony with two chairs and a table. The only bad thing is that the balcony overlooked the road (the sea was visible, I was not mistaken : )). The road is quite busy, sometimes there were traffic jams. It didn't bother us. We only slept in the room, and at night the traffic is less intense. Of course, it took 20-30 minutes to walk to the center and to the old town. It didn't bother us either - we love to walk. 15 minutes to the bus station, 30 to the market, 5 to the public transport stop, 15 to Becici : ). In general, everything is relatively close. In general, we liked the villa. More: on the day of arrival in the room was a bottle of wine from the owners. Then they brought plates, cups, an electric kettle. Cleaned every day and towels changed every day too. The hosts are ok, they don't push you. There was a TV in the room, built into the wall, convenient. Listened to their local music channels. It seems to be everything. I am going to Budva this year as well, but I will choose another villa. But not because Harmony is bad, it's just that it's probably not interesting to stop in the same place.

We rested in Montenegro for the first time. We were not going to go there this year either, but we were let down with Schengen visas, so we had to look for a vacation in a "visa-free" country. "Villa" (rather a small hotel) generally made a good impression, quite European, an excellent choice for people who do not suffer from excessive pathos.

It is 200 meters from the sea, but it is better to go to the beach in Becici, there are fewer people there. The rooms (apartments) are small-25 meters, but enough for a family with 1 child. -k, stove, pots, plates, knives, etc. Cleaning and change of towels every day, linen every 2 days. that other rooms were noisy.
