We rested with our family, in the upper villa "Merkovich" (3rd floor) on the southeast side (there is also a lower building across the road, I don’t know how it is). A spacious terrace with a table and comfortable chairs with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea (high-rise buildings, however, partially blocked the view towards the sea). Very convenient location - everything is close: the sea, supermarkets (one - 3-4min walk, others - megamarket, "Franca" 5-10min), shopping center. The room is spacious and clean and has everything you need. The people who met us and came to clean the room are very friendly, the room was cleaned at the time when we went to the sea or went on excursions. The busy trans-Adriatic route "Yadransky Shlyakh" below did not irritate at all, and in combination with wonderful views it was somehow perceived quite unobtrusively (sightseeing buses, convertibles, vacationers from nightclubs even complemented and enlivened this landscape).
If I had the opportunity and desire to visit Montenegro again, I would definitely like to stay again in this villa and in the same room.
