There were good impressions about the rest (I love Budva in any form : ) and negative about the owners of Villa Markovic. The villa is not located on a quiet street - one of the buildings (and there are two of them on both sides of the main road), the lower one, where the owners live, simultaneously goes out onto the street on July 13 - this is a holiday in Montenegro. This street is really quiet.
We lived in a building up across the road from the sea side, and crossed this road every day. The balcony of our room 2 did not face the road, but towards the garden - but there was no awning over it, and the sun was hot from 11.00 to 17.00. But there was no such thing on the balconies nearby - they were recessed into the body. The villa is all whitewashed and tiled - it is convenient to clean with a washing vacuum cleaner, and cool. Well, the rooms are very small - we hit our heads on the TV, our priests on all corners: ) the aisles in the room are impossible for two to pass each other. There is no kitchen - it is somewhere, but they are not allowed to use it.
From furniture - two beds - good towels, junk linen - and a closet with a sliding door - it would be impossible to open it because of the tightness. All in all, I felt claustrophobic in my room.

The equipment is lousy - the kettle broke, the refrigerator was leaking and did not freeze, while it was very small. The air conditioning is good, the doors to the balcony are plastic. In the toilet, you can only sit on the toilet sideways - your knees rest against the wall : ) I didn’t even know. that there are such 3 * villas : ) A big man in the room would not fit at all : )
The hostesses are boorish, especially since they didn’t like us : ) no one came, didn’t visit at the beginning, didn’t tell how to take out the garbage, use the boiler - my neighbors and I waited for hot water for a day : ) so we went to them ourselves. Very lazy and quite rude.
The choice of villas is large, and it is a pity that chicken coops like Markovich are offered quite expensive to Russians. You really need to get acquainted with the owners of the villas you like, in 2009 in July more than 7 days cost 8 euros per person per day.
