So garbage bags, floor rags, toilet paper, air fresheners were bought by ourselves. In addition, on a small balcony "overlooking the sea" over the doors to the room hung a small hornet's nest. To complaints about the room, representatives of the tour operator made an all-understanding serious face and promised to call and sort it out. But returning from the sea to the room, the picture did not change. Vacationers from the next room also contacted the tour operator several times and called the hostess of the hotel in front of them, but the hostess stubbornly did not want to fulfill her obligations. But we still saw the cleaning lady when we vacated the room on the day of departure.
