The villa was built in 1996. The hotel is located in Budva, 800 m from the city center. From here you can easily reach the main attractions of the region. Shops, bars and restaurants are located nearby. Becici is 3 km from the hotel, Petrovac - 18 km, St. Stefan - 9.5 km. The hotel is suitable for both family holidays and trips with friends.More →

When buying one of the cheapest tour options, I was worried that I would get into some kind of bedbug, I found reviews only on this site and they reassured me. In fact, everything turned out exactly as people wrote. Nice, neat, clean villa. Friendly caring owner Mishko and his sister Anna. Cozy bright room with everything you need: safe, refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, hair dryer, even a basin for washing and clothesline for drying clothes on the balcony). Green garden with growing kiwi and veranda. The convenient location of the villa in the city - there are many cafes, a supermarket nearby, a bus stop, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Of the beaches, I liked Mogren 2 more - not crowded, the water is cleaner, sand and small pebbles instead of stones.
Before the trip, I read bad reviews about Budva, about the influx of tourists, the dirty sea, garbage, viruses and more. I haven't seen anything like this in real life, thank God. Probably all these horrors happen at the height of the season, but I deliberately went at the very beginning of it and got a lot of pleasure from staying in this resort town. Great weather, clean beautiful beaches, clear sea, a small number of tourists, reasonable prices (and even skids), a beautiful old town with small narrow streets, where it is so nice to walk under the stars. Budva is also attractive because it is convenient to get to other interesting cities of Montenegro from here.
In general, the impressions of the country are the best. Such a wonderful, most transparent sea of absolutely magical color, huge green mountains, natural parks, ancient Ford cities and wonderful simple and sympathetic people who, surprisingly, still consider us Russian brothers-Slavs.

Receiving party "Prometeus" Upon arrival, the bus was already waiting for us at the airport. We got to Budva quickly. The transfer was only to the "House of Health". The owner of the villa met us at the bus stop, took our suitcases and took us to the villa in his car, for which we are very grateful to him. I did not have to look for my hotel in an unfamiliar city with a suitcase.
Since I was alone, I booked a small room for 1 person. The room was clean, comfortable and modest - there was everything you needed (TV with a Russian channel, air conditioning, wardrobe, hairdryer, kettle, small refrigerator). Cleaning was done every day. Walk to the beach at a leisurely pace for 10-15 minutes. Located in a quiet, peaceful place. Nearby there are many shops, cafes, supermarket. Also nearby I bought fruit (cheaper than in the market) and dairy products. I had an RO accommodation (no meals), so I can't say anything about the food. Other hotel guests, whose meals were included in the package, ate at the Stella restaurant. In principle, there are no problems with food in Montenegro. Lots of cafes, restaurants with delicious food and large portions. My average check is 5-12 euros (without alcohol).
Montenegro is famous for its natural and historical sights. To see and feel the country, be sure to visit several excursions.
The beaches in Budva are packed with people. The price for a sunbed is from 5 euros per person. I heard from a compatriot that there are beaches where the price of sun loungers with a mattress is 20 euros.
And I want to write a few kind words to the owners of the hotel - very hospitable and kind people (Mikhail, his wife Elena and sister Anna). They were always helpful and gave valuable advice. Mikhail understood and spoke Russian well.
I advise this hotel for those who want to combine passive and active rest for a reasonable price. Budva bus station can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes.
Hope

I chose the hotel because of its proximity to Mogren beach, although in the end I went to Becici. At first glance, even upset. It is located quite high on the mountain, the plumbing looks very old, etc. But after a couple of hours I really liked the room (3rd floor, room 8). Firstly, going up to the villa in a terrible heat - you find yourself in the mountain freshness and coolness, it's very cool if you want to take a break from the heat. … More ▾ I chose the hotel because of its proximity to Mogren beach, although in the end I went to Becici. Firstly, going up to the villa in a terrible heat - you find yourself in the mountain freshness and coolness, it's very cool if you want to take a break from the heat. All plumbing, not very pretty at first glance, in perfect working order. The room is clean, spacious and has everything you need. The terrace is common, large, but the exits from the rooms are located in such a way that you can only intersect with neighbors on purpose. The rooms are very isolated from each other.
The hostess - Milena, is very hospitable, always happy to help on any issue and is very worried about the comfort of the guests, she always asks if everything is fine and if I need anything.
Due to the political situation, I also liked the fact that the villa was inhabited only by Ukrainians. This is good because there were no unnecessary disputes on vacation after a bottle of wine.
I can confidently say that this is perhaps my best vacation. Taking into account the fact that I made out a trip 3 days before departure, there was not much to choose from. In general, I advise everyone, unless, of course, you are chasing crazy interiors and so on.

Expectations, to be honest, were much worse, so when we stopped by, we were even delighted. We were met by a good-natured, cheerful Montenegrin Mishko - the owner of the hotel. He speaks Serbian, but we understood each other perfectly.

The rooms are really very small, and this is probably the main disadvantage. We had two separate beds, which we immediately pushed together. There was a work desk, a brand new flat-screen TV, a large selection of channels (CNN, MTV, Discovery), a hair dryer, a refrigerator, dishes, glasses. The air conditioner worked great. The bathroom is also small and not very clean. But there is a small window, which offers a view of the mountains (a trifle that pleased in the morning). They clean every day, but the towels are rarely changed, the bed was not changed at all for a week.

Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the pretty street where the hotel is located.
On the balcony - two wooden chairs and a folding table. The side is not sunny, so it was very pleasant to sit there at lunchtime and in the evening. There is also a dryer on the balcony.
Tip: TAKE A ROOM WITH A BALCONY ONLY.

If you have a room without a balcony, it will certainly be crowded. But! Mishko has a beautiful garden. A lot of greenery, flowers, kiwi and pomegranates grow. Under the trees on the lawn there is a table and chairs for guests - you can have dinner there. One more table - on the common balcony, and one more - near the exit. So - feel free to go to the meat market, to the market - for vegetables and fruits, and you can save a lot on restaurants. By the way, you can buy a homemade vine from Mishko - 10 euros per liter.

To the sea from the villa - 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. To the nearest beach - even less. On the way, you can buy a lot of fruit, fresh pastries, have breakfast in any of the huge number of restaurants, and finally just take a huge slice of pizza for one and a half euros at the nearest pizza coner.
To the old town - also 15 minutes. 10 minutes from the villa - bus station. For 3-3.5 euros you can get to Kotor (every half an hour), for 20 euros - to Dubrovnik (if you have a visa). A bus stop is 5 minutes from the villa. There you can take a bus to Sveti Stefan (1.5 euros every 10 minutes). On Sveti Stefan and this year there is one large free beach - there are much fewer people than on any Budva one, the water is the cleanest.
The beaches of Budva also have clear water, but at the height of the season there are a lot of people on any of them, and cleanliness is not always maintained until the evening. You can just relax on towels, you can take umbrellas - 3 euros / day or two sunbeds and an umbrella for 10 euros / day.

Prices in Budva, as in all of Montenegro, are low. Although, if you wish, you can relax and expensive.

There is something to see in Montenegro. For the lazy or tourists without a driver's license, there are plenty of excursions.
But it is better to discover the country on your own - by car or simply by jumping into the first bus at the station.

Have a nice rest!
I want to share my impressions about the wonderful 12 days spent by me and my boyfriend in Montenegro.
12 days (flight + transfer + accommodation) on a last-minute tour (deliberately took without food, so as not to become attached to anything) - we thought we would live in a chicken coop. The girl in the travel agency assured that there were no chicken coops in Montenegro. But we read the truth in advance that people lived right next to the road, and opposite the garbage cans, and without water, and so on. Plus, the day before departure, the same girl called and said that we had a turnkey bath. In general, we decided not to be upset no matter what. Vacation in the summer after all once.
And they didn't get upset. The most excellent villa in the very center, 5 minutes to the Slavyanska Plazha Hotel, as well as to the nearest beach. By the way, our neighbor was Villa Azzuro, in which the ticket was almost twice as expensive. From the photo you can see my words. Great host Mishko met us from the transfer, room 12 on the second floor, great courtyard with a pool, kiwi-orange trees, etc. The water is cold-mountain constantly, napoooooorishche. Conder, cold, cleaned constantly, linen changed every 4-5 days. Iron on the floor. Hair dryer with you. The washing machine probably could have been used on the ground floor, but we didn't need to. Around the corner began several streets with cafes (for example, Zeus and Vine), and of course others, as well as bakeries. On the advice of tourists on this site, if not on excursions (rafting, Albania, the Golden Ring of the Bay of Kotor), then by bus or boat every day to a new beach. My young man liked the island of St. Nikola (we jumped from a cliff, about 8 meters), and I liked Sveti Stefan beach, wide, few people. Weather, food, nightlife - everything is on top. Special thanks to the meeting travel agency PROMETEUS for the well-organized transfer and excursions. In general, Montenegro struck with the beauty of nature, well-groomed, relatively inexpensive (prices in Euro are certainly lower than in Europe, but higher than in Ukraine, for example, but you can’t go on vacation and not spend money).
Once in one smart book I read the statement "All inclusive vacation makes an idiot out of a person. " I was convinced of this once again in Montenegro : ) Have a good rest.
