When we arrived, without explaining anything, they gave us a microscopic single room supposedly for 1 night, but in the morning they said that there were no rooms like we needed. Stay in the same room. We refused! After contacting the agency, in the evening we were given a studio on the 6th floor under a roof, but without a balcony (French balcony) and they said that there would be nothing else! The TV and air conditioning did not work, the refrigerator hummed, the balcony door did not close. No one responded to all of our requests. Our request to change the linen was responded to on the 11th day. The hosts are surprisingly indifferent, they did not even try to improve something, fix it or apologize!! ! Do not book this hotel under any circumstances!! ! The mood will be ruined!
