I can not understand why so many bad impressions about this hotel! Upon arrival, a woman met us, brought us to the room and showed us what was in it. In the evening we met the owners of the hotel and saw them downstairs in the kitchenette every day! There were three of us in the room, 10 towels were changed EVERY day, which was more than necessary! Garbage was taken out EVERY day, cleaned on request! It was very cheap to arrange with the owner that he would take you anywhere in his BMW all day long! The beach is not far, the supermarket is nearby, the street is quiet, and Montenegro itself is a fairy tale! Next year we are going back to this hotel for 2 weeks!! !.

Check-in went well, we were met at the bus stop and taken to the villa. When we entered the room, the smell of damp hit the nose. We opened everything up and got through it. Near the villa - a supermarket, open until 23 hours, a bakery, a pharmacy nearby, cafes. Our windows overlooked the construction site, which was also an unpleasant surprise.

Near the villa - a supermarket, open until 23 hours, a bakery, a pharmacy nearby, cafes. Our windows overlooked the construction site, which was also an unpleasant surprise. It's good that no work was done. But still in the evening and until 24 hours it was noisy. You can only sit on the balcony, there is no patio to relax. Under the window, local children play and make noise until late. The room was not cleaned, there was only a scoop in the bathroom. The garbage was taken out and wiped in the bathroom only after a reminder. The second time they just took out the trash. Although both the owners and the cleaner sit in their garage all day and relax. They probably don't want tourists! You can and can walk to the beach in the 10 minutes indicated in the advertisement, but very, very quickly, and even then the beach there is narrow and dirty. We walked at least 30 minutes further to the left, where the beach is wider and the water is cleaner. There are a lot of people in Budva, you need to come the sooner the better. Many locals smoke right next to their own and other people's children. The heat and the cigarette smoke are a nightmare! The beach can be cleaned, but only a lot of rubbish. It's far from clean. On the last day near the water I saw a needle from a syringe in a case. We expected more from Montenegrin beaches! Representatives of the travel company work well, explain and advise everything correctly. We went on a tour of the canyons. Liked! Who does not tolerate mountain roads - do not suck! The roads are mostly serpentines. The son was never seasick, but here they barely brought him.
We agreed to leave the room at 11, and the transfer was at 14h. Things can be left with the owners and SOMEWHERE to go. Walking is not possible because it is very hot. We went shopping and sat in a cafe. Inconvenient moment! There were 2 charter flights at Tivat airport with an interval of 20 minutes, and many people had to sit on the floor or squat while waiting for their flight. There were not enough places. If you invite tourists, then you need to think about it too. And yes, it was stuffy! Conclusion: the most positive thing is beautiful nature!!!
If we decide to visit Montenegro, then not this villa and most likely not Budva!

We paid for apartments in Villa Glomazic category A. Judging by the signs at the entrance to the villa, there were rooms in two price categories - 3* and 4*. We were settled like in 4 * on the third floor - this is a two-room apartment with a shared bathroom, bedroom and living room-kitchen (studio, so to speak).

Good repair, floor tiles, furniture, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, refrigerator. Our two balconies, respectively, overlooked the courtyard (it was noisy until late in the evenings, the aborigines do not know how to speak softly? ) and the window of a nearby boarding house (hello everyone! ). Moreover, the balconies of the opposite wing went directly to the construction of a four-story boarding house, where all seven days (without days off) from 8 to 18 hours work was carried out - the monolith was poured. I can imagine how comfortable it was for our neighbors.
Unfortunately, there is no reception there, and we found out where the owners live only a day later.
And now attention!
Not once in 7 days we were not cleaned, only ONCE they took out the garbage and changed the towels, and then when we urgently asked. There were no such problems even in Crimea four years ago. The owners of the villa were probably no less surprised by our "impudence" and told us that they were not a hotel. Although the description of this hotel on the tour operator's websites indicated: daily cleaning, change of towels every other day, Internet and cable TV. As for the last two points - yes, it was.
I asked the representative of the host company Prometeus Travel to resolve the issue of everyday life, but he recommended that this be resolved independently with the owners of the villa.
I don’t know whose “provtykon” this is - the hosts or the host, but I think Prometheus urgently needs to clarify this situation, and we, the vacationers, should not believe 100% what is written on the websites of tour operators.
And then came the day of departure. In the "Memo ... " it was indicated that the eviction takes place before 12 o'clock.
And they came to us with a convincing request to “get off” at 10.30. We were also lucky - they showed up to our neighbors at 9 o'clock and asked to leave at 10.00.
Therefore, it is not clear how Villa Glomazic (Cat. A) has three or four stars.
