My room was on the 3rd floor, facing the sea. GOOD: The hotel is located near a supermarket, a market, a bus station is not far, the sea is not far away - a Slavic beach, the room is clean, they clean it every day, change of linen once in 9 nights, but you don’t need more, everything is quite new, clean, the bed is comfortable large . WF is normal. Add. The blanket was brought at the first request. There is a small refrigerator.

LIMITATIONS:
The noise from the discos is heard, you can feel the bass well in the evening somewhere from 23 o'clock.
(then you get used to it and it's not so annoying anymore)
There is no large mirror in the room, which is very strange, but it is only in the lobby of the 1st floor, by the end of taking a shower for one person, warm water may run out, as it heats up in the tank.
The balcony is small 2 sq. m. , there is no table, there is only space for two straw chairs, I used a stool instead of a table, there is one socket near the bed, which is inconvenient, or the light of a table lamp or charging the phone, you can choose))
But the main drawback was the issue with registration (tourist tax), since I traveled on my own, it was important for me that all these issues were resolved, I asked for a receipt for payment of the tourist tax, since it was included in the price, I was dissatisfied they kind of explained something about the arrival of a person from the tax office once a week ...in the end they said that we would decide, and later the hostess’s husband spoke out, began waving his hands angrily to answer that we weren’t registering anyone, but so be it !! ! It was very unpleasant, but agreed to make a receipt. While it was being done, I found out at the Touristik Info point that on the third day of my stay, I was not registered !! ! , and this should have been done within 48 hours and at this point they entered me into the database even without a receipt, but the hostess of the hotel had to do it (it took time and nerves to figure out all this) As a result, the hostess gave me a receipt, after I figured everything out and did everything myself
. Later I read that it was not necessary to require a receipt, but thanks to this I found out and registered on time.
There was no promised wine and fruit in the room (although it was in the description of the room). The hosts recommended the LM cafe nearby, I didn't like it, the scoop hole.

The villa, the owner - Ranka and the staff deserve the best ratings! We were very hospitably greeted, quickly finished with all the formalities, shown to the room, given the keys - rest to your health! There is a note to tour operators who post advertisements for the villa. Still, Franeta villas are not alone, but I put a link to the website: http://franeta. com/? gtlang=ru, here is exactly the villa located at the address: st. July 13, house number 8. where we were placed. I will also add a page from Facebook: https://www. facebook. com/pages/Budva-Franeta-Privatni-Smestaj, here everything is also true. I was not too lazy, I found a villa, which is advertised on the websites of tour operators - it is located along Blaž a Jovanovic Street, 450 meters (in a straight line) from the place where we were located. But, nevertheless, we do not regret a bit!
The room is a studio, on the second floor, a double bed, a TV, Wi-Fi (I played online movies without any problems), a kitchen with a set of dishes (although there were no pots and pans, and we didn’t need to). The most important thing is an electric kettle, a set of glasses, glasses, glasses, plates. Air conditioning. On the balcony there is a table and two chairs. The staff is a dream! Timely daily cleaning with the replacement of towels, bed linen - every three days. Clean, imperceptible, unobtrusive - our Crimea takes a long time and tedious to learn all this, and if you compare prices (in terms of service and food), then Crimea is much more expensive.

We took it on purpose without meals - we get up early, I don’t like to be tied in time and place, we had breakfast with what is in the refrigerator (fortunately, there is a market nearby, a Mega market, but we filled the refrigerator from the Maxi Market, prices are lower there). A stone's throw away is the L&M restaurant. Restaurant - loudly said, but nevertheless - the food is excellent there.
As for the location of the villa - a quiet street, the Jadran way passes above, but thanks to double-glazed windows, the noise does not bother you at all. The window (solid, with access to the balcony) overlooked the courtyard, where there is a flower garden with a lawn, a hefty palm tree and a cherry tree, an orange tree and a blooming bougainvillea! It was very nice to have breakfast and dinner on the balcony, in the fresh air!

Once again, many thanks to Freneta's staff and the owner - Ranka! I hope to come there again! Praise to you!

Rested in June 2013. I want to note that one mistress with the same name has 2 villas. We didn't live in the one in the picture. The staff is very friendly: on arrival they showed us all the available rooms and put us in the one we liked. We met the owner - a very kind woman. The disadvantage was the lack of a window in the room, but there was a door to a balcony overlooking the mountains and the sea. There was a shared kitchen downstairs where you could cook. But we practically did not stay in the villa, mostly we only slept and sometimes had breakfast on the balcony. I agree with previous reviews that the hotel is designed to "not sit in the room. "
The location of the hotel is very convenient: close to the Old Town, 2 minutes walk to the municipal beach, and also, compared to other villas, much closer to the "Mogren" beach. Walk a couple of minutes to the bus stop, market and supermarket. The location on the map on this website is correct.
Our holiday was a complete success. This is an amazing small and beautiful country!

When choosing, we check all hotels for reviews, but there was not much time to check this one, because. the trip was spontaneous and my husband went to the office to get the ticket I found. The travel agency recommended this particular villa out of all that was free in this price range at that time. So about the hotel itself...
We got number 10, this is the top floor with a balcony overlooking the road (there is also the entrance to the hotel). The traffic on the road is very weak, mostly pedestrians and taxis, opposite the same villas and the sea is visible to the right. It takes about 7-10 minutes to the beach slowly, to the market about the same, to restaurants, respectively, even faster, there are enough of them in the area.
The room is very clean, it can be seen that after the repair, everything is new, fairly simple furniture and a double bed actually consists of two mattresses (which is inconvenient), a small kitchenette with a stove for 2 burners (electric) and a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, several steel pots and all the necessary set of dishes for breakfast / dinner. In principle, I read that it is forbidden to cook in the villas, you can only warm it up, but we cooked shrimp, porridge and a couple of times pasta and soup, and no one said a word to us. The room has air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, safe (included in the price). I want to note that the bathroom was in perfect condition, just like in a five-star hotel, of course there are many times less space, but everything is quite convenient. Although the cabin for a full and large person will probably be uncomfortable to use.
On the balcony there is a dryer and a table with two chairs. The view from the balcony to the mountains, plus the singing of birds and just the aroma of flowering plants perfectly complemented the rest. The only minus is that there was no pool and the Internet periodically disappeared (there is Wi-Fi). The Internet is not metered, so calling home via Skype is very profitable.
Linen was changed every 3 days. Towels as they hit the floor ; -). In general, we liked the villa, and we recommend it to our friends, if you go without an agency, the price is of course lower)). The hostess and the woman who cleaned were very friendly, they tried to answer all questions.
In general, the starna is very calm, the rest is more for families and the elderly. Parties on the coast are too focused on those who are about and a little over 20, and apart from restaurants and excursions (this is a separate issue and a weak point in terms of organizing and preparing guides), there is nothing to do there. By the way, no one recommends walking to the beach that is 7-10 minutes (tobish city), it is very dirty and there are a lot of hedgehogs, but Megren is a great beach.
Have a good holiday everyone! I hope my review is helpful! ; -)

The meeting was strange: they took us to the room and warned that everything here is very expensive and God forbid to spoil something. The hosts behaved no less strictly upon departure: at exactly 10.00 a person appeared in the room, took our things downstairs, although we went to the airport at lunchtime and there was no particular crowding in the villa. The villa itself is nothing - a large room, good furniture, TV. The toilet/shower could have been bigger. There is no territory, the balcony rested against some kind of house, so if you wished, you could calmly talk with its inhabitants and, without much desire, “enjoy” the smells coming from their kitchens. Next to the villa is a market, a market, a shop and a cafe with a cigarette name "LM". Far from the sea, 500 meters, but in Budva there is nothing on the coast.
Now about rest. Reminds me of the Crimea, although in the Crimea now, in my opinion, even better. In any case, I have not met children begging on the embankment for alms in Crimea. In Montenegro, I constantly had a feeling of deja vu. Somewhere I have already seen these broken-down buses, these cool jeeps driving along the embankment, these arrogant drivers who do not let pedestrians pass at the crossings, these sellers trying to get as much as possible from vacationers...
positive points. I liked the old town with its narrow, cool streets. Cafe "LM" is also nothing - tasty and relatively inexpensive. Paid beach (entrance 1 euro, two sunbeds and an umbrella 9 euros) to the right of the old town is not bad, but there are a lot of people. Perhaps that's all.
Glad I only got there for a few days.

The balcony of our kennel overlooked the wall of a neighboring villa with two balconies, one of them was intended for drying, ironing, smoking and chatter of maids. This is not to be shared with guests! Stuffy, cramped, you can not ventilate this hollow, the cleaning is bad, the hostess can break in in the middle of the night. It's true that you get out of here at 10 o'clock. Greed, strain, positive impressions you will definitely not find there. All sincerely

Arriving there you find yourself in our 90s. In general, who wants even the slightest service, there is nothing to do there. By the way, it’s 500 meters from the villa to the sea. The room must be vacated before 10.00 in more than one country in the world, I have not seen this (I TRAVELED ENOUGH MUCH)

We rested in late July - early August 2008. Basically, the villa is not bad. Clean, tidy, towels changed daily. One "but": for those who stay in apartments. It is written that there is a kitchen, yes it is, a 2-burner stove, an extractor hood. But you can't really cook. There are no dishes, except for the Turks. … More ▾ We rested in late July - early August 2008. Basically, the villa is not bad. Clean, tidy, towels changed daily.
