Maybe I'm too picky, I'm only writing my opinion. This hotel does not in any way meet the standards of a 4* hotel! Accordingly, room prices are high, it is better to rent a room in a 3 * hotel and not worry about overpaying. The rooms are small, the walls were apparently stained with something and no one is going to wash the stains on them, the curtains and curtains are in holes, the bed linen is falling apart into threads, instead of a blanket they just gave a sheet and a blanket, a mirror on the closet and a mirror above the table in stains and traces from water, the chair is also all stained, the shower holder is broken in the bathroom. . . the list is endless. Yes, corny, in this "4 * hotel" the door opens with a key, CARL'S KEY! and not a map as it should be in a hotel of this level. At breakfast, the choice of dishes is quite small, but in principle it is not so important to eat enough food. The chairs and tablecloths in the dining room are all stained, dirty, it seems that the staff does not know at all what washing powder and a washing machine are. We have a tech air conditioner in our room, we went to the reception to the administrator twice and asked to fix the problem. These lazy girls never invited anyone to even see the machine! At night, we woke up from the fact that water was dripping from the closet, we had to turn it off and sleep in stuffiness and heat because it was annoying. The top board of the cabinet, where the water was pouring, was already all falling apart, exfoliating, the paint was cracked and fell off in pieces. At the top we found three towels, apparently prudently placed there by our predecessors, brothers in misfortune. In general, the hotel is not worth the money at all. They need to do major repairs and take care of the staff.
