The location is good, 2nd line downtown. Located between the hotels "Loza" and "Blue star". Budget option, nothing extra. The TV was not turned on, but neighbors on the balcony said they were catching three Russian-language channels. Wai fai is weak. There was a balcony for two rooms, it's great to sit there in the evening. The agent sold with the words that everything is sad, but we are satisfied. If you come not to stay in a hotel, but to relax, then this is a normal option for the night. The room is clean, normal beds, small, not noisy refrigerator, bathroom in good condition.
