My subjective impressions are excellent. I'm pretty 100! Everything that the tour operator told me and what I expected for the money I spent, I got - and even more.
Now I'll try to be more specific:
1) before you go to this villa, decide where you want to live. Nikolic is relatively far from the Old Town (as far as anything can be in Budva =)), and relatively high up the hill. But it's quiet there. If it doesn’t bother you to walk and / or you don’t feel sorry for the money for a taxi at night, it doesn’t bother you.
2) to the nearest point of the sea is really 8-10 minutes. But this is not the best beach. To Mogren (I liked it there much more) about 20 minutes exactly. But I would advise, if possible, to change the beaches. In Montenegro, everything is close, if by car, and there are many magnificent places. and they don't end in Budva =)
3) Housekeeping suited me - but I'm not picky. did not like that the woman who cleaned the room literally burst in, despite the fact that you are there.
4) Theoretically there is a kitchen, but it doesn’t seem to work. I didn't need. And they didn't promise me
5) meals are offered opposite in Prestige. didn't go there. It seems to me that in Montenegro it is stupid to become attached to some kind of food =) you can cope on your own. At least don't order ahead. Arriving in Budva, if you do not find the best alternatives for you - order on the spot. But I doubt
6) shops with the necessary goods and products nearby.
7) everything worked in the room. air conditioning everywhere, and all worked. there is a mini fridge. no hairdryer. only liquid soap in the shower. if you want to stroke it, you can go to the hostess and have her stroke it with an iron.

9) there are rooms with sea and mountain views. There was a second floor. At the very top, the girls complained that it was very hot from the sun. I had a view of a piece of wall and mountains. But the sun didn't shine. And when you smoke on the terrace, you can see the mountains, it's normal. In general, sitting in a room is not a good idea =)
10) if you want to get drunk and sing songs in the room or on the terrace - it will not work, the hostess forbids it. I really don't know who would come up with this. if the bars, cafes, just a stone's throw from the beach.
11) if you want to sleep at night, and so that your children sleep, it will work, the hostess forbids getting drunk and yelling in the room or on the terrace = D
12) in general, some kind of conflict arose with the mistress of the girls in the neighborhood, I don’t know who was right and who was wrong, everything was fine with me. I smiled at everyone and everyone smiled at me.
