Yesterday we returned from this villa. Rested family: two adults and a small child (1.4g). Villas found on reviews, but not everything is true. The villa is not intended for a holiday with a small child, primarily due to the attitude of the owners of the villa. It was obvious that the child irritated Turgut.
1. Number.
We stayed in room #1 overlooking the garden and the road. The room needs renovation and general cleaning. The doorways are peeling, the tiles on the floor are cracked, the kitchen furniture is old, the doors on the kitchen furniture are skewed, the refrigerator is old. Due to the crooked door of the kitchen cabinet, which stands next to the refrigerator, the latter does not close well. There are enough dishes, the dishes are normal. The teapot was dirty with a coating inside. There are a lot of ants in the kitchen, it is impossible to leave open food on the table. There are 2 sofas in the room, covered with clean bedspreads, but there are a lot of crumbs and dust under them. Under the kitchen furniture cleaned badly. There is a layer of dust under the bed and bedside tables. The bed is new and very comfortable. Feather pillows are soft and very comfortable.

The air conditioner in the room is old with fungus inside. We were afraid to turn it on and asked the owners to clean it, but this was not done. As a result, it was hot in our room for 11 days. Bed linen and towels are clean. Towels were changed daily, bedding - 1 time in 7 days.
Directly under this number on the 1st floor live the owners of the villa (Lydia and Turgut). On the 1st floor, under our windows, there is a large table where the owners of the villa like to sit in the evenings with their friends and chat loudly. Turgut smoked at the table and all the smoke came into our room, which was very annoying when our child was sleeping in the evening.
2. Territory.
The territory of the villa is green, well-groomed, really one of the most beautiful of those nearby. The territory is small.
3. Hospitality of the hosts.
Clearly overrated by tourists. Due to the fact that the owners live in the same house on the ground floor + in the evenings they arrange gatherings with their friends, one gets the impression that you are a guest, a free vacationer, and not a tourist who paid money. You're under constant supervision, which is really annoying. Because of the obviously dissatisfied looks at our child (it is clear that the child is noisier than adults, although not always : )) we spent most of the time in the park. Several times during our stay, the hosts treated us to Lydia's delicious pie.
4. The location of the villa.
The villa is located 10 minutes fast walk from the sea. About a third of the way is occupied by the road along the canal and the area of ​ ​ ​ ​ other villas, then you cross the road and find yourself on the territory of the beautiful park of the Alexander Hotel. In this park we escaped from the heat. Not far from the villa, shops and a supermarket, restaurants. A very beautiful old town is within 30 minutes of a leisurely step.
We will not visit this villa for the second time.
