The owner met us at the bus stop where big buses can stop. From the bus stop to the villa is 1-2 minutes on foot. It's not far at all with suitcases. The nearest supermarket is also located there.
We were worried about the issue of registration at the place of residence. Because we were going on excursions to other countries and worried that there would be no problems at the border. The owner notified us that he had already registered everyone and we would not have any problems. Which we were very happy about!
Then the owner settled us all and disappeared until the very end of our holiday.

Number. The room is spacious enough for two people to stay. No frills, but everything you need is there. Now, in order..... the first evening I really wanted to go home..... Shower....in addition to the fact that the water will pour on the floor, we were ready and took a floor rag from the house))) But to the fact that the drain is clogged, the shower does not attach normally and you have to hold it in one hand or the water will flood at all, I was not ready....But the heroes of easy ways are not looking for... We cleaned the drain and got used to turning on the water barely so that part of it even got on the washing person and not only on the floor. Of course, the floor rag saved. There was no access to the washing machine. There were hair dryers on the floor. We didn't use them.
Kitchen. There is a plate, it worked fine. From the dishes there were 2 pots, a Turk, a frying pan, plates, glasses and 2 glasses of a terrible look. Reading past reviews, we took the pan from home. But on the last day I took the risk of using the master's one. . but got used to it. There was no electric kettle declared. The tour operator informed the owner about this. On the 3rd day they brought us a new electric kettle. There were no forks. . .
The bed is ordinary and clean. Changed on day 5. But the towels were changed 1 time in 10 days. More precisely, all the towels were changed on the 3rd day, and for some reason, for some reason, only the foot mat was changed. nobody washed! Neither for 3, nor for all other days. I myself washed and swept the floor with a brush kindly left in the common corridor, they took out the garbage themselves. It says so on the door - take out the garbage yourself...
Of the detergents in the kitchen, there was dishwashing detergent, liquid soap and toilet paper in the shower. Moreover... upon arrival, it was not possible to put something in the refrigerator. The ice in it was so frozen that it was impossible even to stick a bottle of water through it. Here's the first thing we did upon arrival - we didn't go to explore the place, but started defrosting and washing the refrigerator. With all this, the impression was completely spoiled... But having got rid of all the shortcomings, the second day already seemed more fun. In a word, be prepared for the fact that a good mood and comfort will depend on you and your attitude towards this.
In the courtyard of the villa, everything is somehow abandoned. The fountain probably never turned on, we did not see any electric barbecue. Was an abandoned ordinary. But all these are trifles that can be eliminated if you set yourself up for positive.
