The location is good. plain.
No need to go up and down. I don’t know why it is written about some 350 meters from the sea, in reality there are 700.15 meters to the beach with a quick step at best to the Slovenian beach. To Mogren slowly about 25 minutes on foot.
Near the baker and megamarket. Not so far to Franca or the bus station. Also nearby is a good tavern Komovi (tasty and huge portions, the interior is simple).
Garbage must be taken out by yourself, the corresponding notices hang. But 2 times in 10 nights the cleaners cleaned. Changed the bed once.
In general, the villa is good (not super, but normal), we are not the first time in Budva, and we have seen much worse options.

We were worried about the issue of registration at the place of residence. Because we were going on excursions to other countries and worried that there would be no problems at the border. The owner notified us that he had already registered everyone and we would not have any problems. Which we were very happy about!
Then the owner settled us all and disappeared until the very end of our holiday.

Shower....in addition to the fact that the water will pour on the floor, we were ready and took a floor rag from the house))) But to the fact that the drain is clogged, the shower does not attach normally and you have to hold it in one hand or the water will flood at all, I was not ready....But the heroes of easy ways are not looking for... We cleaned the drain and got used to turning on the water barely so that part of it even got on the washing person and not only on the floor. Of course, the floor rag saved. There was no access to the washing machine. There were hair dryers on the floor. We didn't use them.
Kitchen. There is a plate, it worked fine. From the dishes there were 2 pots, a Turk, a frying pan, plates, glasses and 2 glasses of a terrible look. Reading past reviews, we took the pan from home. But on the last day I took the risk of using the master's one. . but got used to it. There was no electric kettle declared. The tour operator informed the owner about this. On the 3rd day they brought us a new electric kettle. There were no forks. . .
The bed is ordinary and clean. Changed on day 5. But the towels were changed 1 time in 10 days. More precisely, all the towels were changed on the 3rd day, and for some reason, for some reason, only the foot mat was changed. nobody washed! Neither for 3, nor for all other days. I myself washed and swept the floor with a brush kindly left in the common corridor, they took out the garbage themselves. It says so on the door - take out the garbage yourself...
Of the detergents in the kitchen, there was dishwashing detergent, liquid soap and toilet paper in the shower. Moreover... upon arrival, it was not possible to put something in the refrigerator. The ice in it was so frozen that it was impossible even to stick a bottle of water through it. Here's the first thing we did upon arrival - we didn't go to explore the place, but started defrosting and washing the refrigerator. With all this, the impression was completely spoiled... But having got rid of all the shortcomings, the second day already seemed more fun. In a word, be prepared for the fact that a good mood and comfort will depend on you and your attitude towards this.

The villa is located in a quiet location. Several supermarkets and a market, Slavenska beach are within a 10-minute walk. Mogren beach is 30 minutes away. The courtyard is green, there is a brazier on the territory, which is very convenient, since the rules of residence prohibit cooking fish, meat and seafood in the rooms.

This is our second visit to Montenegro and Budva, and comparing with last year's vacation, I can say that the main advantage of this villa is a very good location: the bus station is very close, and a small alley leads straight to the Jadran highway in the area of the main supermarkets and the bazaar; the beaches of Slovenska and Mogren are approximately equally distant, and the absence of a difference in height makes the road to the sea and back rather easy; Mesara meat shops are also relatively close; while the villa is located slightly away from the road, which makes it quiet and comfortable.

This is our second visit to Montenegro and Budva, and comparing with last year's vacation, I can say that the main advantage of this villa is a very good location: the bus station is very close, and a small alley leads straight to the Jadran highway in the area of the main supermarkets and the bazaar; the beaches of Slovenska and Mogren are approximately equally distant, and the absence of a difference in height makes the road to the sea and back rather easy; Mesara meat shops are also relatively close; while the villa is located slightly away from the road, which makes it quiet and comfortable.
Now about the villa itself.
It consists of 2 buildings Old and New. The older rooms are worse and don't have a kitchenette. We lived in a new one.
The rooms are small and VERY modest (reminiscent of hospital wards), but at the same time everything you need is available and functioning: air conditioning (right above the bed, so you need to cool the room before going to bed, and then it heats up pretty quickly, so we slept half the night with an open balcony, mosquitoes were not observed), TV - satellite TV (who cares - there is a Russian channel), a kitchenette consisting of a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a hob, a sink (in the morning the smell of sewerage is quite noticeable, in recent days they guessed to close the drain with a boiled pan - it helped, a set of dishes too small - a tiny saucepan with an incomplete lid, no colander and deep plates, forks / spoons / knives and glasses are available), a wardrobe and a table with 2 chairs, and beds, of course (new furniture, bed linen too).
The role of the window in the room is performed by the doors to the balcony. The balcony is spacious, there is a plastic table and chairs.
The bathroom is quite decent (especially I, as a woman, appreciated the illuminated mirror). Of the shortcomings - when bathing, the water flows down the curtains and floods the floor, I had to turn a nice foot towel into a floor rag.
Ironing board with iron and hair dryer are on the floor - used without problems.
Rooms are cleaned regularly, everything is as stated in the description: garbage removal - every day, cleaning and change of towels - on the 3rd day, bed linen is changed on the 5th day (for stays of more than 7 days). We read in the reviews that they clean only for a tip - they tried to leave it once, they didn’t take it, they cleaned it regularly.
The old and new villas have a common mini-territory, something like a reception (a table with benches, which also serves as a place for guests to gather), there is an electric grill for common use.
The most significant drawback of the villa, perhaps, is the extremely poor Internet, or rather its frequent absence.

Breakfast is better not to take: scrambled eggs, cheap sausages, hard-boiled egg, average quality pate and toaster cheese. No vegetables, no fruits, no sweets. At 5 am, the janitor can rumble clean the room from which the guests left. The owners of the villa in the first days are friendly, at the request "not to vacuum at 5 in the morning" they changed their smile to aggression (Ilya).

I fell in love with this country!!! ! , mountains..... worth it, so that at least once in your life you must definitely fly into it !!! !
