A small refrigerator, in which there was even an ice mold, although the remains were also floating in the mold, I hope, ))) cheese. A kettle, two cups are on the refrigerator. A flat-screen TV, there are even Ukrainian channels -1+1 and Expresso.
The bathroom is very compact, a part is allocated for an oblong triangular shower, the widest place is 30 cm, an old-fashioned hair dryer, a pedestal sink and a "throne" toilet. Everything is clean, washed.
After the journey, I wanted to take a shower, hot water without problems, they left me 2 bottles of shampoo and 2 bars of soap. Now there is a problem with the towels - they are pretty frayed at the edges, like a fringe. Well, well, I think, maybe they were in a hurry to move in, it happens.
I want to add that the towels are changed every day, although they give 1 bath towel for the hands, a small one. I came across an average towel every other day, that is, good for hands, on another day - average. Somehow...
Bed linen has not been changed yet, I hope they will.
There is also a garbage can in the room, where the garbage should be taken out, but today I was in for a surprise - a small amount of garbage that I left behind - a plastic bottle of water, an empty pack of cigarettes and some receipts, and my 2 cigarette butts were waiting for me on top . SURPRISE.
Balcony - two chairs, a table - in principle, everything corresponds to the photo of the hotel. But even here, the surprise ashtray is not washed, not at all.
Wi-Fi is weak, periodically does not pull. Separately, there is no sound insulation. You can hear people walking in the corridor, neighbors behind the wall, and the sound of the sewer system.
I want to say that the hotel does not live up to the declared 4 stars, I will not come here again.

We rested in Budva in August 2015. Stayed in two hotels, one of which is the Grand Palacio. Room 404 on the 4th floor is spacious with a balcony, kitchenette and dining area. The room has new furniture, an LCD with many channels (more than 160), a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, a sink, a hob, air conditioning, a hairdryer in the bathroom, a wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, a mini-safe, 2 beds, a shower in the bathroom.

The room has new furniture, an LCD with many channels (more than 160), a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, a sink, a hob, air conditioning, a hairdryer in the bathroom, a wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, a mini-safe, 2 beds, a shower in the bathroom. The decoration of the room and the villa as a whole is not cheap, there are several lighting options, the soundproofing of windows and walls is good. Upstairs on the open terrace is a small nice pool, even higher - an observation deck. The reception girls are friendly and welcoming, cleaning and changing towels daily, I don’t know about the bed - we spent only 3 nights. Wi-Fi downstairs at the reception.
There is no cafe at the villa, we ate according to the breakfast-dinner system proposed by the tour operator at the nearby Disney cafe. It is quite acceptable for budget meals, although with such a kitchen in the room you can take a ticket without meals and eat in restaurants and occasionally cook in the room (all necessary utensils are also available). In general, I liked everything very much, I recommend it.
P. S. If someone can spoil the rest of the lack of a desk, elevator and Internet in the rooms, as well as slowly draining water in the shower - sit at home or take a hotel much more expensive with an elevator and a 20x100m pool (why then fly to the sea? ).

The air conditioning does not work, which is unbearable in the heat !! ! On the balcony where we had breakfast, either unwashed cleaners or homeless people are looking at you from the neighboring roof. . . incomprehensible, but annoying! Having opened the balcony for the night - noise, laughter, because the villas are very close and some wake up at 6 in the morning ! ! Our request to the reception to change the number was refused, supposedly everything was busy, and upon the arrival of our curator, they immediately said without any problems that they would be relocated tomorrow (not without indignation, I think the owner, who began to chatter in his own language with the curator, was indignant, supposedly we are picky, that we were already settled in the apartment) 4. They moved us to a new room 410. A couple. 2 separate beds, we moved, which caused inconvenience. 5. Refrigerator torohtel and day and night without ceasing. At night they took him to the balcony ! ! 6. Although the towels were changed every day, the bedding was never touched, there was a hole in the bedspread!!!! ! 7.
