Basic + and - accommodation in the villa.

- Located at the crossroads of two of the busiest travel routes - Jadranski put (Adriatic highway linking all coastal states) and st. November 22 (which is a continuation of ul. Mediteranska, leading from the old town and the embankment up into the mountains, to the main housing of Budva).

The windows of the rooms mainly overlook this wonderful intersection, the windows have double-glazed windows and even wooden shutters, which perfectly protect from the sun, but, alas, they do not save at all from the noise of nightly discos on the coast, and most importantly, from the noise of cars that get stuck in traffic every hour. And the favorite entertainment of local horsemen in these traffic jams is to brag about who has the loudest horn in the car and still rev with all the dope.

+ Luxurious view from the window to the most beautiful mountains, part of the city and settlements in the mountains.

- At the time of our arrival, far from all the finishing work in the villa was completed - there was no lighting on the terrace, only insulated wires hung from the walls, the bathrooms were not fully equipped - there was not even a banal hook to hang a towel.

- Excellent audibility: we heard on the 3rd floor how the security guard listens to the radio downstairs, heard when the neighbors take a shower, how the air conditioner hums in neighboring rooms or the refrigerator turns on (well, TV too), if one of the neighbors came late at night - it steps, the sound of a key in the lock and a slamming door was heard by the whole floor (add this to the round-the-clock noise of cars outside the window and tell me - is it possible to fall asleep normally in such conditions ??? ). Moreover, all my life I have lived in a big city, the capital, where there are more than enough cars and other irritants, but on vacation it was disappointing to get into even more noise.
- Central air conditioning, it worked only the first night, and then the owner decided to save electricity.

- Common terrace: long, encircling the entire facade. There were tables and chairs for relaxing, but given the noise and gas pollution, it was not particularly pleasant to sit on them. The light in the room could either be turned on electrically, or the shutters could be opened - but then the whole room was visible to the neighbors, periodically rummaging back and forth. In general, everything is heard by everyone and everything is visible to everyone - who, how and with whom is resting : )

+ Located in the same quarter with a hypermarket (well, hyper - according to their concepts, but there really are plenty of good quality products), a mini-market, a post office, not far from the old city, the nearest beaches are Richard's head (right behind the fortress wall) and Mogren, discos and shops with clothes are also nearby.
I won’t write anything about the country, we’ve been coming here for the third time, and I think it won’t be the last : ) But I want to give truthful information about the villa so that someone else doesn’t run into the same way as we do.
