The villa is terrible. Located near the road and gas station. Constant noise and stench of gasoline. We lived in the 10th room on the 4th floor.
The room is generally ok, but there is always something broken. Either there is no water for two days, then the boiler does not work, then the lamp burned out, then the shelf in the bathroom fell off. And so the rest. The refrigerator of some old model is buzzing. Conder creaks during operation.
Wi-Fi in the room practically does not catch, and if it catches, it is interrupted.
For such a falling apart, the price is clearly too high.
