1. The room is dirty. Everything is in the dust, no one even cleans up there.
2. Bare wires hang from the walls.
3. The toilet is dirty, the toilet bowl is broken, the tank is broken (bare wires are hanging).
4. There is no reception. Nobody responds to complaints. They say they can't help.
5. The kitchen is dead, does not match the photos.
6. View only of neighboring hotels and houses, the balcony is dirty.
7. The room smells of food and mold.
8. Dirty spots, either from blood or from someone's feces.
9. The girls from the "pylon" company itself said that everyone who arrived complained and tried to move out of there, and they scribble positive reviews from the company.
Solution to the problem:
If you are lucky enough to visit this city and the "pylon" does not want to change your number without additional payment, contact the police. They often go there and travel agencies recommend contacting them. "Pylon" is terribly afraid of this.
Unfortunately, we did not have much time to deal with this issue. I had to stay in their office for 2 hours and defend the relocation to other apartments (paid extra).
PS: Found a review 8 (! ) years ago, similar to mine.
Bottom line: no one decides anything there.

Pros: Villa is located 5 min. to the nearest beach and 12 minutes to Mogren beach. To the supermarket (and there are three of them nearby) and the market 5-7 minutes. The embankment and the Old Town are 5 min. Nearby there is a cafe L & M, where there are complex breakfasts for 4 euros and lunch - 6 euros, and eat inexpensively, tasty, satisfying.

Yes, there is still a drawback and these are thin walls, if you have a light sleep, then you are not here.
The room has a mini-kitchen with a stove, kettle, dishes. Washing machine (and beach towels were washed every other day, because they were salty), iron and ironing board, TV and air conditioning.
As a result, we were satisfied, everything is close and close. the noise didn't bother us to get upset.
I recommend.

VILLA BOBICA APP 02 STUDIO – SIMPLY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
Dear vacationers, I want to write a review, since there were only two of them before, about Ville BOBICA. Never, ever stay at this apartment. A living hell! I'll start in order. The meeting company PILON brought us there and handed over the keys. An old villa in need of renovation both inside and out. Many rooms are not occupied at all. There is no reception, there are no owners, if something happens, there is no one to ask at all! I ran all the time to the PILON company, since they gave the keys, I understood that they bought out several rooms and settled their tourists there. Of course, they always smile there when you come to them, but when it comes to a serious question, it’s of little use. From the first day, the light was not on in our bathroom and on the balcony (there was something with the cartridge), so they repaired it only on the FIFTH DAY! And I patiently ran EVERY DAY to their office to ask for repairs.
Scary room, green walls, dark blue floor. There is only one bedside table on one side of the bed, on the other side there is a high chair. There are no lamps at all anywhere (neither in the room, nor in the bathroom, nor on the bedside table), only bare wires stick out of the walls, apparently there were lamps there before and the wires remained from their former luxury (see photo) IMAGINE such beauty !! ! !!! ! There is a hole on the door in the bathroom, so they sealed it with chewing gum, there are no shelves or cabinets either, and all the jars-bottles had to be placed on a chair in the bathroom. The TV worked only when you turn on some other device from the second remote control. This small apparatus was piled on a shelf under the ceiling, and the TV was on a pedestal below, a bunch of wires hanging down the entire length of the wall. Spectacle yet!
"Furniture", however, the language does not dare to call it that, consists of one bedside table, one small stool and a very old shabby chair (found in the garbage dump back in the 80s of the last century) THIS IS DEFINITELY, BELIEVE ME (see photo ). On the balcony there are also two "wicker" chairs, very, very old, already all torn and tattered, too (see photo). There are NO bed linen (if I can put it that way at all), but only a cover on the mattress that is hard, like a tarpaulin, of burgundy color, and there are no blankets at all, instead of them there are also artificial burgundy blankets, under which it is impossible to sleep at all. You lie as if in a coffin, the body itches from a rough “sheet” and an artificial blanket. The first two nights, they could not fall asleep at all on such “linen”. Then the husband adapted, he put large bath towels under himself, and covered himself with the second one (the towels were good) Imagine what a nightmare.
This is not even Egypt and Turkey with snow-white sheets and freshly laid rose petals on the bed. Apparently the company saved on everything! (there is no owner of the villa). The so-called mini-kitchen, they also position it as a STUDIO, only one name! Of course, there are more or less plates, there is one small saucepan and one small frying pan, only cutlery is something: aluminum and one “dull” knife, which even in the morning you can’t cut a sausage or a loaf of bread, you had to cut it, in literally, this word. Why then, such a mini-kitchen, if nothing in it can even be cut and cooked. Only one loud beautiful word - STUDIO. Another feature in this villa, the villa has four floors, by the way, not once in 14 days on the stairs they even swept the floor, not to mention that they would be washed, there is a lot of garbage on the landing. I will write about garbage a little lower.
So when you enter the hall, the light turns on automatically (sensor), but as soon as you step on the first step of the stairs, the light in the hall goes out, and in order to turn the light on again, there are switches on each floor, and in complete darkness you go to the second floor to turn on the light. Nightmares, once in the dark I really hurt my hand on a metal railing (there was a huge bruise all over my arm). Well, it’s not very convenient, in the dark to rummage around the wall and look for switches. The room was on the 3rd floor, in our small corridor near the stairs there was no light at all, you can see there were never any light bulbs there. In the keyhole in the dark they fumbled with the key.
Garbage from the room for 14 days never, no one endured. Apparently, that's how they do it! In the morning, when you go to the beach, all vacationers go with bags of garbage and throw them in the trash at bus stops.
They do not have garbage containers near their houses at all (apparently for them it is expensive and a luxury). The container was found only near a large chain grocery store and a market, which we have to walk min. 10, otherwise everyone just throws garbage into the bins at bus stops.
Now about the sea, as stated on their website, 10-15 minutes walk to the sea. Yes, that's right. Only now they did not indicate that there is no beach there, but only a harbor for boats and small yachts. To go to the city beach, you have to go far to the left, but the sea there is terribly dirty (as in the Moscow River), just a dump, believe me! Of course, they have a clean beach "Mogren", it's already on the right, it's also min. 15, but it is so small (there is a really clear sea) sunbeds cost 15 euros for two at a time. And the sunbeds are located right next to each other, a lot of people, almost everyone walks over their heads (see photo). You won’t rest especially calmly on the sunbeds.
Their prices for vegetables and fruits are more expensive than in Moscow. And this is in season (September). Tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers. fruits - grapes, plums, peaches, apricots, even bananas are 1.5 times more expensive than in Moscow, and I bought this in the market or in a chain store. But their "milk" and meat products are not expensive and very tasty! Excursions in Montenegro are interesting and very affordable (not expensive). In a word, who misses and nostalgic for the 80s of the last century (Anapa-80 and Sochi-80), then you are THERE! Thank God we are already far removed from the 80s, and they are still trampling there in that time.

The location for Budva is PERFECT. No traffic noise, only birds outside the window and the ringing of a bell (not annoying). 2-3 min to supermarket and bazaar. 5 minutes to the old town and 7-8 to Magren. Cleaned 2 times in 10 days, towels changed 3 times. Didn't like the bedding. The kitchen has everything (refrigerator, kettle, dishes, stove).

The balcony is separate, with a dryer and chairs. The big drawback, for me, is the dirty common corridor (they never cleaned it !!! ) and the lack of WI-FI (even for an extra charge). Everything worked in the bathroom, clean enough) In L&M, breakfasts are 4.5 and lunch and dinner are 6.5. But we ordered from the menu - much more portions. In "PORTO" terrible service and not very tasty.
Magran is nice, but I preferred to ride JAZ (1 euro if by bus and 7 if by taxi).

Location: The villa is close to post office, market, supermarket, old town, Mogren beach. It is on the second line from highways - quiet. But there is a reverse side of the coin: the old city is nearby, and there are night discos until one in the morning. Personally, I slept well, but my husband woke up and closed the windows.

Location:
The villa is close to post office, market, supermarket, old town, Mogren beach. It is on the second line from highways - quiet. But there is a reverse side of the coin: the old city is nearby, and there are night discos until one in the morning. Personally, I slept well, but my husband woke up and closed the windows. But in the morning we woke up at 07:00 to the ringing of the bells of the old city - romance : ) There are many other villas nearby, but we were lucky with our neighbors. A lot of rest for both young people and with small children.
Number:
We lived in a double room: a kitchenette (electric stove, a couple of plates, spoons, forks, a knife, a frying pan, a saucepan - not the first novelty, but tolerable), a kettle, a refrigerator (large), a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, a TV set (channels are not worked), a boiler and even a washing machine.
The balcony is large, with a dryer, a table and chairs. True, it goes out to the wall of a neighboring villa (but it doesn’t bake during the day).
More furniture: wardrobe, bed, folding chair. Bathroom as in the pictures.
Bedding, I would call it "creative" : )
It was embarrassing that the drain in the shower cubicle was very clogged and the door on the closet "went off the rails" - in half an hour they themselves eliminated all the shortcomings (except for the TV set). Now about the bad: the impression was that all the minor breakdowns were repaired by the vacationers themselves. There is little hope for the owners - we did not see them at all - the operator's representative gave the key and left - where and whom to look for remained a mystery.
Cleaning:
The site promises cleaning every 3 days, change of bed linen every 7 days. So, on the 3rd day of rest, a cleaner came, changed the towels, swept up, took out the garbage - everything is ok.
But the cleaner did not appear anymore - neither on the 6th nor on the 9th day. And for all the time we have never changed the bed. They also took out the trash themselves.
Beach:
If you live in Bobice, then go only to Mogren - very close and the beach is beautiful. Yes, and cleaner Slavic beaches.
There, 2 sunbeds and an umbrella cost from 9 to 15 euros, but we went with our bedspreads for free.
On Mogren after 14:00 there is already a shade - excellent for adapting to a tan.
But be careful, they say that you can step on a sea urchin (they recommend olive oil).
Entertainment:
In the afternoon it is worth going to the island of St. Nicholas (3 euros back and forth, boats on the embankment) - it is very beautiful there, good clean beaches, the sun shines until seven in the evening. Olympia Express buses go to the island of St. Stephen (3 euros round trip, stop near Bobitsa). You will not be allowed on the island, but there is a beautiful park nearby.
Plus, be sure to take a couple of excursions - the country is magnificent!
In the evening, you will see for yourself. Go shopping - you can get good sales.
Nutrition:
Good complex lunches at the L&M restaurant (breakfast-4, lunch and dinner-6 euros). We also enjoyed eating at the Self Servise restaurant Mercur (at the foot of the Mogren Hotel).
Information for those who have a plane back in the afternoon:
When choosing a villa, we noticed that on some sites they write Checkout 10:00 (there are villas with different check-out times).
We have a return flight at 18:00. The travel agency recommended Bobitsa and promised that if we buy a tour, then they allegedly have an agreement with the villa that we are evicted only before the transfer and we do not worry about Checkout 10:00. My advice: do not believe these agency promises! The host Pilon told us the same thing - now we do not believe the promises, but it's too late.
