The location of the villa is actually very convenient for those who come with children and do not go to night discos. Let me explain - in all of Budva, music from disco clubs rumbles until one in the morning. It is unrealistic to fall asleep close to the shore at this time, unless all windows and doors are tightly closed, but then there will be nothing to breathe. Alexa Villa is located under the mountain, even there discos were a little audible, but this did not prevent us from sleeping with open windows. And you can't hear any cars from the road. Outside the windows on one side there was a forest with fresh air, birds and cicadas, on the other - a spacious veranda for two apartments and a view of Budva. This is the third floor of the villa. The apartments are two rooms - a living room and a bedroom with double beds in each. TV in the living room, no TV in the bedroom. Of the amenities there was a bathtub with a strange curtain in the form of a plastic accordion, there was a washing machine, but it did not work. Another plus of the villa is that there is always a place to park a car near it.
It is relatively close to the cleanest beach in Budva in August 2016 - Mogren. And go most of the time not along the streets crowded with cars, but along footpaths and parks. In time to the beach - 20 minutes, back - 25. The road upstairs will help you not to grow a belly) The path will help you lay google maps. On the way back, you can go to the coastal cafes for lunch. Economy option - Mogren Hotel has a dining room. Not far on the way home there is a supermarket with a market. There is also a mini-shop within 5 minutes from the villa.


Of the minuses - the repair is not fresh, the air conditioners are noisy, but they work. There are no nets on the windows and sometimes mosquitoes fly in - the raptor helps. By the way, there are fewer mosquitoes than in Ukraine and Russia. The villa is not suitable for fans of discos - it is relatively far from them. We didn’t see cats, but it’s a pity - children love them)
