We really liked the rest, we rested together with a friend in mid-September. Firstly, the photos of the villa correspond to reality, they did not notice about the audibility of everyone and everything. The room is clean, comfortable, there is everything that people need on vacation except for a hair dryer (((but this is not a problem, it seems to me.

The same applies to soap and soap accessories, which supposedly should be provided by the hotel. In this case, one should not forget that Villa Maria is not a 5 star Splendid across the road where you can get jam on your back day and night for your money. The staff is friendly, hospitable. Special thanks for the attention to Mirra and the maid Valentina! Everyone understands Russian, they speak English at the reception, so there simply can’t be problems with the language barrier, since both Serbian and Croatian are very similar to Russian and Ukrainian. The room was cleaned every day, garbage was taken out, towels were changed every day. . From my point of view, the only negative is that the Internet is only at the reception, not in the rooms, but sitting on the stairs in the evening twilight overlooking the mountains has its own charm))) In 4 houses from Villa Maria there is a good Athos restaurant, with excellent cuisine and excellent prices, for 10 euros you can eat enough and drink wine or something stronger. The portions are HUGE, I especially recommend the schnitzels (€8 per serving including garnish), salads (on average €4 a serving), pancakes (take half a serving, they are very large). Near the supermarket you can buy vegetables and fruits, there is also a fast food stall at the exit from the alley to the road to Budva, where they make incredibly delicious hot sandwiches of a huge size for a ridiculous amount of 2.5 euros. We went to the beach through the Mediteran Hotel, just opposite the exit from the alley where Villa Maria is located, the municipal beaches are FREE, you can take a sun lounger and an umbrella, an average of 6 euros. We rested on the city beach Dolce Vita, next to the pizzeria Azzuro and opposite the Splendid hotel. Everywhere there are municipal beaches, they are marked, so it is impossible to get lost. There are many cafes and pizzerias on the promenade, we especially liked the Galia cafe, at the beginning of the beach in Becici, something in between a canteen and a cafe, reasonable prices, huge portions, nice and friendly staff. Opposite the entrance to the Mediteran Hotel, past the entrance to the Tara Hotel, a path leads to a tunnel that goes to Budva and leads to the embankment in Budva. You should definitely go through the tunnel at least once, because when you get out, a stunning view of the Budva Bay opens up. Where to go: Skadar Lake - evening program, includes a trip to the mountains, along the Skadar Reserve, a boat trip along the river and lake with refreshments, dinner at the fisherman's hut and a return transfer to the place where you were taken from. All costs 45 euros. It is not worth going to Albania, there is nothing to see there, it is very long and uninteresting. It is worth going to the Bar, you can take the bus from the bus station in Budva on your own, the ticket costs 4 euros, along the way you can admire the stunning views. In Bar, you must see the old town and the port. It was recommended to us as a city where you can buy Italian shoes and bags, but in fact there is nothing to buy there, cheap consumer goods. And it's worth walking around the city. In Budva, you definitely need to walk to the Old Town, to the fortress and to the harbor. Villa Maria is good for relaxing in couples or with friends, they don’t like noise there, but if you want to hang out, you will always be greeted with open arms in restaurants or in Budva, which can be very easily reached. But all places of entertainment close around one in the morning. In general, the rest is excellent, for the same money as in the Crimea, only everything is cleaner, not so dirty, the nature is excellent, the air is humid, the climate is very reminiscent of the Caucasus - Sochi, Gagra, Kutaisi. The air temperature in September was up to +35 during the day, it was cool at night, on average +17, but we even swam in the sea at night. In September there are not many people, the beaches are half empty, but in the evening it will not be boring. Great vacation for normal money on a very beautiful and clean sea with hospitable and very positive people! We will definitely go back there next year.

The villa is not bad, as for the money. Located 200-250 m from the beach, large hotels on the 1st line, then a rather noisy road, cross it and 60 m up the street. The building is 4-storey, on the 1st owners, on the rest - 5 rooms per floor, there is for 1 person. The room has everything, a mini kitchen is small with the necessary utensils.

The building is 4-storey, on the 1st owners, on the rest - 5 rooms per floor, there is for 1 person. The room has everything, a mini kitchen is small with the necessary utensils. A table with chairs on the balcony, when it's cold, was dragged into the room. Wet cleaning daily, towels changed 2-3 r per week, bedding, no. The cleaning lady does not understand Russian, but after waving her arms she does everything. Very good audibility, you hear everything and everyone. There is a road under the window (you can’t hear it when the balcony is closed) Across this road, opposite 10 m, is a villa. In the mornings and evenings, we studied the breakfast and dinner menu and who was wearing what. There is a store nearby, you buy meat, they cook it on the grill for free, it's very tasty. The beaches are gorgeous, half empty. We were lucky with the weather, 1 rainy day in a week, and the heat is -20-21 degrees. If you go to the left, then the beaches stretch to Rafailovici, wide, very small pebbles. In Rafailovici, the beaches are narrower and the stones are larger. Further through the tunnel - Kamenevo beach, our favorite, spacious, and you can collect very beautiful pebbles. Sunbeds are paid, 5-7 euros, we were lying on a bed. Nature is gorgeous, people are cordial and friendly. Were on excursions the Bay of Kotor (20 euros), it is beautiful, but a very large ship, 210 people, the tour in 40 languages is very noisy and not everything is heard. 2nd - 2 canyons, no luck with the weather, rain and 12-15 gr. heat, the tour is long from 6 to 19 hours, tiring continuous serpentine, I do not recommend with children. And it's very beautiful, mountains, canyons, mountain lake. (35 euros) Excursions were bought on the waterfront, the tour operator takes more. We walked on foot to the island of St. Stephen (2 hours with swimming on all beaches) and to Budva (20 minutes on a pedestrian road through the tunnel) Budva has very bad beaches, tiny and rocky. Whoever likes to lie on the beach and swim is in Becici, and you can get to Budva in 20 minutes. Nutrition. We traveled together with my daughter, we spent 226 euros on food and travel, that is, 32 euros a day. 5 times we ate in restaurants (Budva Kangaroo-29 euros, Rafailovici Code of Saychik-15 euros, Porat-28 euros took seafood, beer, wine (we are not meat) Dined Code of Saichik (2 soups, 2 beers, 9 euros, Jaz-vleskavica beach , french fries, 2 beers 8 euros). If you take the meat menu, then it is cheaper and the portions are larger. the rest of the evenings they ate at home, vegetables, prosciutto, sausages, cheeses, olives, they drank blackberry wine, very tasty, 7 euros a liter. Wine, olives, cheese, prosciutto were bought at the market in Budva. Total. Everything turned out great, everything that was planned in Kyiv, everything was done, we were lucky with the weather, there were few people, we always have to go to rest at the end of the season, breathe more freely. Very beautiful fear and charming people.

The rest is budget, so at this price (and the availability of cleanliness in the room) there were no complaints. Gorgeous beach (we went to Splendida beach), very beautiful, around the mountain... yes, there is garbage on the beach, but in the evening it is cleaned. I also strongly advise you to travel on excursions: Dubrovnik (Croatia), Cetinje and the Ostrog Monastery. DO NOT GO to Albania (lose a day, nothing to see, gypsies and smelly slums). You can go completely, the quality of rest for such a price is even very good!

We take yoga mouth drinking to the child, like kefir. To the beach 5-7 min. The room is more modest than a cue, but clean, they clean it every day, we caught the Internet in the room, we use an iPad, we are happy with everything. We planned to eat in restaurants, but in the end we eat at home on the balcony, they cook the grill, we make a salad and cook a side dish, it’s very convenient. You need to understand that Becici is a quiet village for a quiet family vacation, if you need to move to Budva

So, let's start, perhaps. In this review, I am not going to scare anyone away from this hotel, since, as they say, there is no comrade for taste and color, but I will give my point of view: Firstly, this building is called the loud word HOTEL, although, to be honest, these are simple apartments, so it’s not worth pecking at the fact that this is a “three-star hotel” - if you are provided with food, it’s definitely not in the “building” itself ", which hardened tourists are accustomed to, and in a restaurant (which I will talk about later) across the road.

So, let's start, perhaps. In this review, I am not going to scare anyone away from this hotel, since, as they say, there is no comrade for taste and color, but I will give my point of view:
Firstly, this building is called the loud word HOTEL, although, to be honest, these are simple apartments, so it’s not worth pecking at the fact that this is a “three-star hotel” - if you are provided with food, it’s definitely not in the “building” itself ", which hardened tourists are accustomed to, and in a restaurant (which I will talk about later) across the road. Who likes to cook - please, a mini-stove, a refrigerator and a set of dishes are really at your service, but I doubt how you can cook dinner on five centimeters of a free table between the burners and a wardrobe with clothes: while you cut a cucumber, you will burn your hand on a hot stove.
I will say about the building itself: the building is new, it is quite cool in it, BUT it is located much worse than the travel agencies say!
"Building on the road" - that's the right one. The house is terribly noisy, who would be pleased to hear how the neighbors take a shower, go to the toilet, or neigh at night? Yes, yes, the walls are so thin that it all spreads, and even a room clogged with double-glazed windows will not save you from noise! The Serbs-Montenegrins themselves are very loud people, they have no rules of decency about respect for sleep and rest, so they can easily sing, yell, laugh at night! Even the owners experienced it first hand, when suddenly, in the middle of the first night after arrival, when they most of all wanted to sleep, they began to cackle loudly in the room adjacent to us, all this spread throughout the floor! And the doors slam like that - they always bounced in the middle of the night on the bed, as if an earthquake had begun! ! Due to the noise, it was not possible to get enough sleep, which everyone dreams of on vacation, alas. And it's a joy if your number is not on the road!
On the road - it's just terrible, you are provided with the "first line" in watching the crowds of people endlessly loitering back and forth, going to the beach from the very morning (because by the time you get to it, the guys from normal hotels will take everything, they are closer), and the worst - shameless cars beeping in the middle of the night and driving at a decent speed, so a sweet dream will certainly be interrupted by the noise of wheels, croaking beeps, flashing lights of a garbage truck, etc. , it is IMPOSSIBLE to go out to the balcony in such rooms. Those who have a view of the courtyard can consider themselves lucky, although there the noise of cars is compensated by hard bass from the water park. In general, the noise performance is provided in any case, the main thing is that the neighbors get quieter, otherwise it will be fun to listen to their every quarrel: the slightest increase in voice is immediately audible to everyone, not to mention the steps that are carried along the ceiling.
Now about the room itself: nice, cool even without air conditioning, the color of the bed linen is pleasant, the furniture is new - it doesn’t smell of junk, the kitchenette, as promised, TV. Maybe before there were 60 channels, this time there was only one left - the First, so every day I had to be content with heavy programs that "everything is bad" in our homeland, and our country is gangster and criminal. The bathroom is very good, BUT no one will give you any soap, shampoo and shower gel, we personally had to buy all this at a local supermarket, so if you are going, take it with you. Hot water comes from a boiler, which must not be forgotten to be turned on for heating, otherwise after coming from the sea you will not be able to take a shower - the water will be ice cold. Towels will be given, although ...sometimes they won’t, they forget, so you have to go up to the back room to get them.
I already mentioned the mini-kitchen, it will be extremely difficult to cook dishes and cook soups on it, but it will do for scrambled eggs and boiled sausages. Only question - where to eat? It is possible on the balcony, but if in the room itself, then only on the bed, sitting in the lotus position, otherwise there is nowhere - there is no hint of a bedside table.
Let's mention the service: unimportant. Every day wipe the floor - no more. Yes, towels were changed, but bed linen - never, and we were 10 days. Therefore, the whole sheet was crumpled due to the fact that at night they tossed and turned from the noise, and partly in the sand from things brought from the beach, so I had to sleep in such a wonderful linen. The hosts understand little Russian, but they understand, but when it comes to a request to change the number, the Russian is completely forgotten and it is pretended that "you don't understand mine. " One of the owner's sons speaks a little English, for the rest, English is like Old Assyrian for Russians.
The owners smoke, this is an important note for non-smokers and families with children, because the smell spreads into the rooms adjacent to the owner's room and makes it impossible to open the balcony! Of course, they don’t have enough tact, after all, people came to rest, and they scream, smoke and cackle!
About food: the only thing you can be completely satisfied with. Although for those who have a passion for the buffet, this option will not cause particularly positive emotions, although in vain. We also always ate exclusively in the buffet system, but here we were somehow even delighted. We were assigned to a restaurant run by Russian owners. The restaurant is small and very pleasant, there are not many people there, so it’s calm - this is a plus, there are no crowds with plates milling around that push you along the way to the next pancakes for breakfast or accidentally drop a bun that does not fit on an overflowing plate in front of you!
The second plus is that you sit calmly at a nicely served table, making no effort to keep up with the food - waiters serve you, bringing and taking away everything you need. Maybe someone will not like that you do not have a choice of the dishes themselves, you are given daily what is included in the breakfast / dinner menu today (as in sanatoriums or children's camps), but for all 10 days the food was varied and very delicious! Everything is homemade: a well-prepared soup (not some ugly brew a la Galina Blanca), the second - meat, fish, side dishes, always fruits and vegetables, delicious bread, porridge in the morning, yogurt and much more. The portions are huge, so you will be full. Everything that you haven’t eaten, you can take with you - it’s customary for them. Ask - they will pack everything for you in a container, which is very convenient, in other countries you are sometimes afraid to steal half a piece of ham from the buffet - they will suddenly notice it, as if it were a crime.
Again, no extra actions - they will do everything for you, and if something does not suit you - call the hostess, our former compatriot, she will settle everything. Of course, unlike our country, Montenegrins do not deceive themselves in food - everything is fresh, tasty, natural, even in ordinary stores, they do not poison themselves. Food - you'll love it.
About the road to the beach: many people probably care how far apartments "Maria" are located from the beach. Don't be fooled, it's far away.
It’s not very convenient to walk, first along the street, along which cars are always darting, maneuvering between people - just chaos, everything is mixed up: people, cars, patches with vegetables and fruits, queues for gyros hamburgers (local shawarma), garbage dumps, taxi drivers sitting right on the pedestrian zone and blocking the passage; then you have to cross the local highway, where NO ONE will give way to you, if you yourself do not stand in the center of the road - then they will have nowhere to go, deign to skip, then past the Mediteran Hotel, and only then you will go out onto the path that leads to the beach. On the beach, of course, it is beautiful, the water is clean, the mountains are all around, the view is pleasing to the eye! The beaches are different - paid and wild. You can get into the beach of some cool hotel, such as Splendid 5 *, paying from 12 euros for two umbrellas + a sunbed, you can choose cheaper sunbeds (red Coca-Cola umbrellas + two sunbeds = 8 euros), or you can even lie in an anthill on a wild . At your choice.
Of course, on the way to the beach, the thought that “how good it is for those who are on the first line” repeatedly comes to mind, but still it’s NOT WORTH paying twice as much money for a hotel if you still find yourself on the same common beach! This is not Greece, Turkey, etc. , where many hotels have their own beach.
PS: I can say about the weather - unstable. Sometimes cloudy, sometimes even showers (they start with a little drizzle, and after 10 seconds - a wall of rain. The locals know this well, so at the first drops they rather run under the roof. We didn’t know this because of inexperience, accustomed to our rains - lazily got up and they began to slowly fold the towel - what is already there, it’s just a little drizzle! It wasn’t there - in a few seconds water fell on us like a wall, so we didn’t have to fold the towel - everything was soaked through). You should not expect stability in the weather, otherwise you will upset yourself by falling into rainy days.
The country is beautiful, the people are loud, but not annoying, like the Turks, they do not steal, and this is true. You can relax in Montenegro, but if you want a vacation with all the amenities - this villa is not for you. Montenegro is still growing and growing to good service and value for money, but nature brightens up the shortcomings - this is not a dried-up desert with one dead cactus, these are beautiful mountains covered with greenery and the sea is clean, transparent.
Each country is a new experience, especially since rest is never limited to a bed in a hotel, so enjoy your stay and make a good choice!

A good hotel for a relaxing family holiday. Rooms with large balconies, where it is nice to have dinner in the evenings. Air conditioners work well, hot water heats up in 20 minutes. The only negative is that the hotel does not provide soap and shampoo, and there is no shower holder in the shower. change every day, bed linen once a week.

The only negative is that the hotel does not provide soap and shampoo, and there is no shower holder in the shower. change every day, bed linen once a week. On the street where the hotel is located, there are several shops and restaurants, a pharmacy. Only 7 minutes walk to the beach. The beaches are small-pebble, with sand. Much nicer than in Budva, where there are large-pebble beaches. People speak Serbian, but they understand Russian perfectly, since the Budva Riviera is a tourist mecca. By the way, there are a lot of Russians. Stayed for 2 weeks, loved it. Mountains, sea, clean, friendly people, there are places to go on excursions (to Albania, Croatia and Italy, for example). Becici is conveniently located between Budva and Rafailovici, everything is within walking distance. I advise.

Montenegro, Becici, Vila Maria; Montenegro, Becici Rested in August 2009. tour operator KARASAN. Nature is good! But Crimea is much better! Only fools got it! it is necessary to return the Turks (in no case to the Russians ! ! they will spoil everything), they will put everything in order! The beaches - probably in 1935 and were clean (especially Budva - firewood) today, even if we don’t count human garbage (from gaskets to food waste floating in the sea, an abundance of cigarette butts - there are no words, they smoke everywhere - at a time when the WHOLE civilized world is taken from smoking in public places) vegetable debris floats in the afternoon.

The beaches are not cleaned - they are smoothed out with mops. I don’t envy those who bought a tour to expensive hotels - ALL beaches are located through the “shatalishte” so-called embankment, which is a sidewalk 2-3m wide, on which ALL cars (especially Budva) regularly drive and motor vehicles are worn. On all beaches, third-party vacationers can be accommodated either for a fee of ~ 10 € (two sunbeds and an umbrella) or just on gravel (you can’t call it sand! ).
Of course, the Russians 'Mirax group' spoiled the rest with the construction of the hotel - the passage in the tunnel from Becici to Budva is like in a trash can, and the train does not go there and one beach is closed and the view of construction debris falling from the construction site to Becici beach does not decorate the view at all!
Meals - European portions in size and price with local flavor - edible for all tastes, there is a choice. Vaunted pshurt - dried, dried corned beef (buy basturma at home and peel the shell of spices), but you can chew it like chewing gum. Cheese is good natural.
Drinking - wines are ALL natural and regardless of price are good, strong drinks Rakia or Loza - terrible moonshine from grape pomace (regardless of price and manufacturer) tried chacha in Georgia, got excellent without smack of moonshine. Local beer is good.
Prices - for European products are higher than in the CIS and for other goods higher.
Tourist trips - Bay of Kotor, Ostrog Monastery, Dubrovnik - excellent especially the last eight kilometers to Ostrog Monastery - extreme not for the faint of heart, Skadar Lake - mura in vain he has one of the names of the swamp. Tourist SETRA buses are mainly two-and-a-half-story and driving along narrow streets, as well as along a very winding mountain road, is always extreme not only for the driver, but also for passengers!
Pitchfork - everyone writes the distance to the beach underestimated by 2-3 times, everyone overstates the star rating by a couple of positions.
Specifically, 15 days in villa Marija - the owners are friendly (still for our money) BUT they don’t clean very well - they don’t do wet cleaning, soap was only on the first day, towels were changed almost every day (sometimes they took it themselves), bed linen was changed twice, there is NO washing machine (as they say in advertising on our websites) on the floor, no hair dryer, in the mini kitchen - which is part of the only room and is located along the bed instead of a bedside table, there is a good small refrigerator, an electric oven with two burners, under which it is proposed to place a sink WARE!!! ! probably a shelf (locker) has not yet been placed above the table, the bathroom is a very small shower stall 60x60 cm without a shelf for soap and a fixture for a shower head, a toilet bowl 5 (five) cm along the wall !! ! sit sideways, the air conditioner works decently, the TV has about 60 channels from satellite TV control by two remotes (receiver) THREE Russian-language programs ORT, Ewronews, National Geographic but you may need to adjust the receiver to receive them. On the balcony (there is no room in the room) there are three armchairs and a table - it is very convenient to drink wine in the evening . . (if the balcony is on the sea or mountains)! I found some kind of bugs in the room, I was bitten, there is no net on the balcony, but it is better to sleep with an open balcony and not with air conditioning (the room is small), the beds are too narrow for those over 30!
They check in from 12:00, check out 8:00 VERY early, especially if the flight is at 19:00!
The distance to the nearest edge of the sea is 500 m on the map and 700 m on the path! The photos of Villa Maria's rooms on the websites are NOT true!! ! the outside is correct. The water in the tap is technical (the guide immediately warned honestly).
Culture - our compatriots are certainly pigs! but the SERBS, the gypsy brat, who mostly filled the coast, are even worse !! ! Montenegrins are incredibly lazy and slow. There is rubbish everywhere along the roads and garbage bins in the most prominent place. The roads are ABSOLUTELY not intended for the passage of two cars and therefore ALL cars are on the sidewalks - you have to walk along the roadway, when crossing the street along the marked crossing, you ALWAYS hear the squeal of the brakes of the car that stopped only because you crossed its path !! ! if there is a hole in the meter they go around the pedestrian without stopping! Almost everyone understands the Russian language, but sometimes they don’t want to speak (the border guards said something in Serbian, seeing my passport, I basically didn’t want to pretend that I understand (although I know Russian, Ukrainian, Slovak, Polish and a little English, and Serbian is a Slavic group of languages and therefore understandable) ignored all the questions - there were no problems.
CONCLUSION: there were two times at once - the first and the last!
These are resorts for SERBS! ! and others. . . At our resorts you know what to expect. . . our G.
In general, Monte Carlo for whites, Monte Negro for...
I can attach photos and video information to all the facts stated!
Although... all the unpleasant little things are forgotten and only good memories of the rest remain!

Settling in a villa, and not in a hotel (this, I must say, is a big difference for Montenegro), you need to remember that this is an inexpensive vacation, which is fully consistent with the money paid for it. This is a small room with a mandatory balcony (for them it is a big word terrace) and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

The room has a TV, air conditioner, wardrobe, bedside tables, sink, stove, cupboard with dishes. For a week the room was NEVER cleaned. Hairdryer issued at our request, was in our room the entire stay, iron on the top floor.
VILLAS IN MONTENEGRO FOR TOURISTS WHO ARE NOT Pampered by the Exquisites of Expensive Hotels and Who Consider Villas as a Place for Lunchtime and Evening Sleep.
There is something to see in Montenegro (which leaves an unforgettable feeling), the sea is excellent, paid beaches too)))))))))))) Good luck!
