This is the case when reality turned out to be steeper than expectations! Very nice hotel, cozy and clean room with a large terrace on the 1st floor (n12), with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cleaning of the room and change of towels every day (nuance - medium-sized towels, no large baths), the necessary set of utensils for cooking, constantly hot water.

Cleaning of the room and change of towels every day (nuance - medium-sized towels, no large baths), the necessary set of utensils for cooking, constantly hot water. Very comfortable mattresses on the beds. The beds were changed on the 5th day (quality linens, with embroidered hotel logos). Very convenient location of the hotel - near a supermarket, restaurant, bakery, pharmacy, greengrocer, bus stop and taxi rank. To the sea 5-10 minutes, to Budva about 20 minutes on foot (through the tunnel, or along the highway). There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, street food on the embankment. I would especially like to note the owner of this hotel.
Friendly, helpful and cheerful Zoran is almost always there.
He helped with advice, answered any questions (how to get there, how to get there, where to buy), at our request, he gave us an extra table for work, an extension cord and a tee, beach towels (by the way, they were not originally provided in the room, so it’s better to take them with you if you do not plan to buy a sun lounger and an umbrella on the beaches). We bought real mountain honey and grape brandy from Zoran (honey, which we bought in the market and in shops, did not have the sore throat and rich taste characteristic of honey). It is easy to communicate with Zoran in Russian.
The hotel (these are two buildings facing each other) has 39 rooms. At Zoran's request, he showed us a few. All are equally clean, comfortable, with modern renovation, but each is individual in terms of layout and location of balconies. The sea is visible only from the top floor. I advise everyone to opt for Villa Vel Mar in Becici, you will be satisfied!
And we will certainly come only to Zoran next time! Thank you for the excellent organization of the holiday!
R. S. We flew on a package tour, but you can also book apartments on your own. Business card in photo.

Nice villa, cleaned every day, the room is small and cozy, two terraces, from one you can see the mountains, on the other (small) you can see the pool, which is located on the territory of Bel Mare I and which guests of the Bel Mare III villa can use. The kitchen is tiny, but it was enough for a snack. For a late lunch, we went to restaurants, of which there are a lot on the shore, the portions are so huge that we no longer wanted to have dinner.

For local orientation. Bel Mare villas stand side by side on the same line in this (unusual) order: first Bel Mare II, then Bel Mare III, followed by Bel Mare I. Closer to the sea, Bel Mare II. Pros: The villa is new, the room is cleaned every day, towels are changed every day (however, they give out one small size per person), there is always water, hot water is heated by a boiler.

Large balconies with tables and wicker chairs. The reception for Villa Bel Mare III is located in Bel Mare II. There is also an information board with announcements of the host travel agency.
The staff is friendly and if you need anything they try to help. They rent a new car Toyota Yaris - 50 euros per day, including full insurance.
Villa Bel Mare I has a tea/coffee machine and you can use the internet at the reception (free of charge). On the street leading to the villa there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, two cafes and a wholesale store for drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
The nature of Montenegro is unique, we recommend taking an excursion or going to see the canyon of the Tara River yourself.
Attention! In Montenegro, you must drive with the headlights on around the clock! Otherwise, the fine is 30 euros. It is better to buy excursions on the embankment, where they are sold by representatives of local travel agencies. It will be half the price. Narpimer, our guide offered an excursion to the Tara River for 45 euros, on the embankment the same excursion cost 30 euros.
Minuses:
A catastrophically noisy place, because there is a disco nearby and they yell at night, even drunk teenagers returning home fight (double-glazed windows do not help). Under the windows, a turn of the road, on which all the cars turn around - the noise and smell of gasoline. In addition, drivers constantly honk, regardless of the time of day. We talked with the neighbors - everyone complained about this noise and the inability to sleep peacefully at night.
It takes 8 minutes to go to the sea (they spotted it on purpose), but you have to cross the main highway, on which the traffic light does not work in principle. The beach is covered in cigarette butts, sometimes household garbage is washed ashore. Two sun loungers and an umbrella cost 8-10 euros. The problem with food, or rather, with its quality. Poisoned. Communicated with three other families - all (! ) Also poisoned. In addition, food is clearly overpriced.
