The room is clean and cleaned regularly.
The disadvantage is that there is black mold on the shower cabin from dampness, besides, the cabin passes water and the floor needs to be constantly wiped (((
Wi-Fi is a problem! It catches very weakly, only on the terrace of the second level, it does not load pictures. But I solved this problem very simply. In any newspaper or tobacco stall you can buy a local SIM card for 4-5 euros, I took it only with the Internet, there was 4 GB, it was quite enough for surfing and uploading photos for 14 days. The only thing you need is a passport.
The hosts are good. The owner's son met at the bus stop, helped with things, solved issues with the Internet and TV along the way. The woman hostess is constantly on the territory of the villa, gives out the necessary dishes at the request, and so on.
We had an unpleasant moment - a small child closed in the room and had to break the lock. As a result, they lived for several days with the doors not closing ...BUT they did not demand money for a new lock. Nothing is missing, there is video surveillance and someone is always present, keeping order.
Near each room there is a table and several chairs where you can dine. And also a terrace on the second floor for everyone, from there you can even see a piece of the sea))
In general, a good budget option. Great location!! ! Near a shop, bakery, fish shop, bus stop. You can go for a couple of euros to go for a walk in neighboring villages, to Rafailovichi and Budva - on foot. Another plus is a small climb up the hill!
The most important thing is that it was really dirty there, a sponge was lying between the sink and the wall, there was urine on the toilet, a bed without a mattress and a very thin sheet, not very pleasant. They gave us shelter with terry blankets with small spots, and without a duvet cover
The beach, shops - everything is very close. 15 minutes walk to Budva.
The only downside is the weak Wi-Fi on the second floor. On the first one it catches much better.
