Upon check-in, there were problems with the room, all rooms in the villa are different, we booked a studio, but information from the travel agency came about booking a small double room without a kitchen, but the hostess of the villa, Irena, quickly solved the problem and we settled in the room that we booked. The territory of the hotel is small but very green, Irena is very careful about cleanliness both in the rooms and on the common territory, every morning Irena left us a whole dish of grapes on the common table, Irena and her husband Sergio are very responsive people and responded to any of our household requests. I liked the hotel (villa) very much! If I go to Montenegro again, I will be happy to stay at this hotel again! Lovely hosts, very cozy and clean hotel (villa), the impression that just before my arrival was renovated, everything is almost like new. Linen is changed and cleaned every other day. Villa in a very quiet location, green, beautiful view from the terrace on the second and third floor. There are bunches of grapes and kiwi above the head, a family of turtles lives in the yard. Nearby there is everything you need, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, a good beach, water park, public transport. It's easy to get anywhere by bus, you want to go to Yaz, you want to the island of St. Stephen or somewhere else, to Budva for about 20 minutes on foot slowly through a tunnel in the rock (it's cool there, in the tunnel). The room is clean and comfortable. The cleanliness of the room is maintained by regular cleaning. Change of towels - every other day.

in 1 - 2 walk there are several shops, a pharmacy, a bus stop, a cafe, a restaurant. To the beach - 8-10 minutes on foot (there are both municipal and paid beaches - the cost of two sun loungers and an umbrella varies from 6 to 12 euros per set).
I was also pleased that Villa Irena 3 * does not go directly to the highway. This location saved us from the noise and exhaust gases from cars. It is worth noting that in the evening on the roads there are big toffee towards Budva - towards night rest and adventure.

If you walk further for another 5-10 minutes, there are free places where you can lay your own bedding and it will be free. As a result, we walked to the beach for at least 20 minutes. Back longer as the hill. 5 minutes from the house Megamarket, where there are all the necessary products and household chemicals. There is a post office nearby where you can call home cheaper and buy a local operator card. The beaches are wide and long, there is enough space for everyone. A lot of children. On the beach there are toilets, both paid and free. There are changing rooms and free showers. The beach is pebbly, there is no obvious garbage, but there are cigarette butts. People smoke and throw cigarette butts right on the pebbles. The water is clean, transparent, there is no garbage in the water. In general, I really liked both the villa and the beach. I would recommend this tour to my friends.
