When pre-booking the tour, we asked for the specific apartment we wanted to stay in. It was apartment number 3. The travel agent asked for a guarantee for this room, and the Montenegrin tour operator said yes. And when the voucher was made, we did not pay attention to the room that was indicated there. And having arrived in fact, we found out that we were in a completely different room, which significantly loses to the one we wanted. We began to find out about changing the room, but we were refused, even though the rooms were empty. They already provided us with an equivalent room, although this was not the case: it was smaller, there were not enough appliances for all persons. The hotel manager had changed since last year and she did not understand Russian at all, even Montenegrin. She was always somewhere absent and did not make contact at all. There was absolutely no internet in our room, although there was a router outside the door. The manager did nothing to help us. And the Internet was provided to us by people from a neighboring villa. They don't go to meet customers at all. 10 minutes walk to the beach. The room was very dirty and seemed to have been cleaned only once, we didn’t have cleaning as such. Previously, we had good impressions about this hotel, but now the impression has deteriorated.
