Rested in January, were 10 days. We requested an early check-in (our flight arrived early in the morning), the room was ready at 8 am. The room is clean and spacious, the room (which is extremely rare in Asia) has a beach towel, a bath towel, a face towel and even slippers! There was no kettle, but we somehow needed it.

We took the option with breakfast and dinner, during the day we were on the beach or on excursions, in the evening by the pool or went for a massage. I especially liked the seafood dishes for dinner, and freshly squeezed juices for breakfast (especially pineapple and mango), they also gave a lot of fruit for breakfast.
Of the excursions, I really liked the trip to Kandy to the Temple of the Tooth Relic, the walk along the Bentota River was also cool, the mangrove forests were simply fabulous.
The hotel itself is not located near the beach, so if the first line is a must for you, then you are not here. At the same time, on the first line of this class, hotels are much more expensive. The owner organizes transportation to the beach by tuk-tuk, if anyone needs it, we had a bike, so the owner's tuk-tuk was not useful. He sleeps well, the air is very clean and there are many different birds, especially in the evening.
Body massage for an amateur, if your skin loves deep moisturizing, then it’s ok, but it seemed to me that oils could have been smaller.
In general, the vacation was a success, the only negative was that everything was so rich and the cultural program and the beach and procedures that the vacation quickly ended.

I chose from photos and reviews from different pages. I bought several tours at once. My wife and I love a lot of new things. Kandy, Sigiriya, Udevalava and Bendota. I made the right choice, this hotel is not on the coast, but it is quiet and clean, in the morning the birds sing like that. saw green parrots and the wife saw monkeys.

We chose a private hotel, away from the exhaust gases and the crowd. Rested with a group of two families with children. We were accommodated in luxurious huge rooms. Marble floors and furniture in teak, coconut and mahogany. On New Year's Eve, the owner of the Dammika hotel gave us a generous meal and a real performance of Sri Lankan masked dancers, a fire show and live music.

Marble floors and furniture in teak, coconut and mahogany. On New Year's Eve, the owner of the Dammika hotel gave us a generous meal and a real performance of Sri Lankan masked dancers, a fire show and live music. Thanks to Dammika, we learned an incredible amount of interesting things about this country, island, Sri Lanka. There is simply not enough space to list all the places and our impressions here, because we traveled the country not only on tours, but also just rode around the villages, looking into interesting corners. Dammika helped us with the choice of souvenirs and local delicacies. When it was too lazy to go out to the ocean, we escaped the heat in the pool (children in general - got out of the water to eat and back). Enough is left unexplored and unseen to return here again. Goodbye Dammika!
