Our guide met several couples and then came back for us. It turned out that our three-day tour will take place in the company of a guide, a driver and the two of us in a comfortable "Honda" with air conditioning. It was just a wonderful tour, about the places we visited, there is information in the reviews and in the descriptions of the excursions. Everything matches. But I want to write about some points. Firstly, excellent hotels, although 3 stars. Secondly, I would highly recommend these excursions in order to at least a little see its beauty, color, originality, and maybe fall in love and understand a little. Probably, then there will be less disappointing reviews. If I were to start over now, I would make the excursion program longer - at least 5-6 days. About the hotel. The hotel is wonderful, but with its moments. Firstly, there really are 15 rooms. To the ocean about 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. We ordered breakfast and dinner, but it was too much. There are many places to eat along the coast. In this hotel, you will also be happy to feed and for the money. All food is not a buffet, but a la carte. It takes some time, but you are on vacation. . . For dinner, you can order at least shrimp, lobster, etc. They will weigh them in front of you, and then they will cook them and you can agree on what time you will come. Good to know in advance: Your dinner is $10 per person. Everything that exceeds this cost and drinks are paid additionally, but at the end, when calculating with the hotel. The room has a mini bar. We used it a little, the price is nearby. When leaving, for all the joys of life, not very limiting themselves, but not a greyhound either, they paid 95 dollars. By the way, tip-service is also included in the price, but we still left 100 rupees for dinner. Booked a deluxe room. It turned out to be a detached house. Wonderful furniture in the colonial style. A rabbit lived near the house, we called him a child. He was fed by the staff, but we also brought some salad from the restaurant. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar in the mini bar, water. We used it. No hair dryer. For two days my husband and I argued whether we had hot water in the room. It turned out that he didn’t need it for the shower, and I really didn’t need it, but it wasn’t there. But for some reason I was in the tap, but I don’t shave... We didn’t find out this issue at the reception. Somehow they did not feel the need. There is not a single Russian channel on TV. Also got around. Beach towels ask at the reception - free of charge. On the beach: cafes are located along the entire coast, many with rooms for living. in front of them they will put sunbeds - for free, but being there you still order beer and fresh. Fresh juices are usually very good, and beer too. It costs 180-300 rupees. Change is always given. Unawatuna liked the fact that in almost any weather you can swim. It is protected by pitfalls, corals, against which huge waves break, and near the coast, especially along the edges of the bay, it is relatively calm. But still, it is an ocean. . . Very warm, affectionate, but stormy. In fact, there are more impressions than can be described. They also arranged a boat trip with snorkeling. This, of course, is not the Red Sea, but for a change. Not bad on a tuk-tuk went to the Galle fort. The expressway to Colombo has already been built. It costs 400 rupees one way. You need to tell the driver that you are ready to pay for it. This route was not included in our tour. This road to the airport takes 2 hours. Bad - 3 hours.

A fly in the ointment. In the closet in my bag in my purse a day for 5 out of 200 dollars turned out to be 100. They themselves are to blame. Nobody complained. On the day of departure, they checked the money, documents and went to throw a coin, and then have dinner. An hour before departure, $ 200 was missing from the closed safe in the room. The husband believes that the safe was opened or the code for opening the safes (well, if the guests forgot, but you still need to open it) and the second option - they lit up the code. When they showed how to use the safe, the husband failed to use it the first time and, when re-encoding, failed to change the code, he used the old one. We will still earn money, guys - hotel employees, especially the cleaner of the room, who, as the last resort, can be blamed for everything, although we are sure that it was not him who talked about it - it's a pity.
