If you are not going with an inspection, that is, in order to find flaws and then describe them and get indignant, then you will definitely like the hotel. For example, stains on curtains, chairs and tablecloths did not "touch" us in any way, we came to rest. If you expect everything to be perfect - Sri Lanka is not for you!!!!! ! If you are pathologically squeamish - Sri Lanka is not for you!! ! Although Lanka is not India - I myself am afraid to go there))). The territory of the hotel is extremely green, everything around is blooming, the grass is soft, the trees are beautiful, the bushes are well-groomed. A separate word about the climate is something magical!! ! I never really sweated (at t 30C), it is neither cold nor hot there, just heaven! The people are very benevolent, although if possible they “cheat” tourists to the fullest (and where is it different ??? ) Why 9 and not 10? It's very, very, very calm all around. During the day, everyone walks measuredly for breakfast and lunch, and in the evening there is always dinner with live lounge music. Extremely soothing. . . Outside the territory, you can go to several restiks. One - "Sasha" right on the beach. During the day on the ocean, splashing on the waves of two human heights, you can go drink beer ($ 2) and eat marine reptiles ($ 10-15), in the evening, and in the afternoon, I also definitely recommend going to the TAO restaurant (to the left of the hotel and meters 100 in the village). The food is delicious, the service is excellent (they try very hard to please), and the owner Namal is simply beautiful - he is a real businessman. As he said, his goal is for us and all our friends to come again to Sri Lanka and once again come to his restaurant. He constantly sat down, talked, very courteous, such a good-natured Sri Lankan bear. There were "our" (USSR) bydlovty fellow citizens from the category of "Tagiiiiiiiil !!!!!!! ", but not many. To them the truth and the appropriate attitude. It's a pity they make you blush for your homeland.....In general - a bit boring, but very comfortable, the hotel is super, the ocean is super, the cuisine is good, the shrimp is super, the service is super super, local drinks are delicious (arrack, rum, beer, gin) and make an "impression", and people are wonderful. I recommend to everyone!! !
