We were on holiday abroad for the first time, so there is nothing to compare with. This country conquered us from the first minute of our stay. Taking a step out of the chilled plane and taking a sip of the local air, there was a feeling that we had entered a steamed bathroom, the taste of the ocean in our mouths and it seems that we would just about dissolve in this humidity. On the advice of experienced tourists, money was changed right at the airport, and a SIM card was also bought there to call home. The road to the hotel took a little more than 3 hours, although the distance is about 120 km. On the way, our guide quietly said that our hotel is the best, and we were convinced that the time spent on the trip was worth it. In Citrus we were greeted with cool wet towels and juice - nice and unexpected! Then we were sent to have breakfast and immediately settled in a room (although it was still about 9 am) with a balcony and ocean views. The room had everything you need: a safe, air conditioning, hot water, a minibar (however, later it turned out that the chocolates in it were expired), a kettle, a fumigator (which we didn’t need), drinking water in a bottle and even an umbrella. If you are in doubt about which food to choose, definitely HB! The kitchen is amazing! Breakfasts are simpler, but for dinner...... our Ukrainians cannot be allowed in, their eyes widen, they want to try everything (which is physically impossible), and then they roll out of the dining room like koloboks. And those who did not have dinner included, only had time to swallow their saliva, they even felt a little sorry. For breakfast - juices and milk (from drinks) to choose from, in the evening water and tea can be ordered for free.
The weather was great, although our travel agents unanimously said - it's not the season! We even armed ourselves with raincoats, which we never used. For 10 days of stay, it rained 2 times and then, very briefly. And at the expense of the waves, they are really powerful - you can’t swim. Moreover, the hotel does not have a beach - there is a reef, but if you are not too lazy and walk along the shore to the left, you can find a cozy place for swimming, where the waves are extinguished in the distance and are delivered to the shore with a calm surf.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest. The hotel was an island of civilization and joy in this exotic and almost untouched by progress country. There are a lot of impressions, it's impossible to describe everything. Choose Citrus, you won't regret it! I will gladly answer your questions.
