When we left, everything was still calm, in a week we ask everyone to return home to Ukraine. I looked at the cost of tickets and decided that if they don’t pick us up, we’ll stay, it will be cheaper. Thanks to Victoria (travel agency "MarinaExpress") did not leave and kept up to date with all the news. Register wherever you can. Thanks to the local guides, they were ready to help find cheaper accommodation, but everything ended well. They left on schedule. There were about 1/4 empty seats on the Colombo - Sharjah plane. Therefore, when I see reviews in the news that they cannot fly away, it seems that the tourists themselves chose their fate, without listening to the requests of the government. The plane Sharjah - Kyiv was packed to capacity, all Ukrainians. Surprisingly, the population in Sri Lanka reacted more seriously. The hotel immediately put hand sanitizers (spray), the staff is wearing masks, the temperature is measured regularly as soon as you see it. We flew home, we have some kind of carelessness, although at the OKKO gas station they only served takeaway food, and this pleased us.
