We chose this hotel because of the close line of the beach and did not miss it! ! The beaches are wide, empty and beautiful! Met at the hotel very well, immediately gave the room as requested on the 2nd floor. I really liked the room. The room is spacious, everything is there, the balcony is very large. But after a couple of days, a pipe burst on the ceiling near the door and we were poured with boiling water. We were given another room, but we were not upset)
The hotel has a guide Svetlana. Why she is there is unknown. We decided all the questions at the reception ourselves, because she was not there at that moment. The day before departure, we found her and asked about the time of departure, dinner and dry rations. The next day we didn’t find her anymore and at the reception we found out all the details ourselves.
Internet works, cleaned 2 times a day, no comments. Only in the room one could see small ants, so it is better not to leave food open. We took breakfast and dinner at the hotel and were happy with it. The food is delicious, there is a choice and there is always something new at dinner. Before you eat, make sure you have a glass of water. There are dishes with red hot peppers. There are 2 cafes on site. Menu selection is small and prices are high. We ordered 300 grams of large shrimp there and gave 2000 rupees, then we went to the market with Aesh and with his help we bought 500 grams of large and 500 small ones and also gave 2000. )) the same with beer. for 2 bottles in a cafe 950 and in the store Aesh bought us for 160 per bottle. He helped us a lot there. He speaks good Russian and helps with any request. He bought us red rum for 1400. When we came ourselves, we didn’t want to throw off below 3000 in any way.

Excursions are very interesting and if you are in Sri Lanka, you should definitely visit them and see all this beauty! Aesh took us on a minibus and even far to Kandy we went without straining with air conditioning and comfort. He told us everything well, took pictures of two people constantly and stopped where they asked. He says prices for everything at once, both for entrance and for all other expenses, which is very convenient. We have fun and he quietly pays someone there) so we swam down the river in a boat, they swam up to us with a monkey, let us take a picture, and with a crocodile . . so many impressions and emotions that we couldn’t even think about money then, but just enjoy. His prices are lower than the guide's for sure. The more people, the cheaper. As a person and as a guide, we really liked him!
You have to be careful with the locals. They love to cheat. They say that they work at the hotel, offer excursions, and then it turns out that they are not even allowed into the territory) The prices are also the same, then others say. They pester very much on the street to help... tourists for them are a bag of money. When we saw all this, we immediately contacted Aesh and he took us everywhere.
The tour agency told us that the weather is always good there. But in fact, we are in the rainy season. The sky was almost always covered with clouds and only 2-3 days the sky was blue without clouds. It all affects the photographs) It rained every day. Most of the time at night or early in the morning. Sometimes during the day, but not for long. The weather didn't bother us at all. We had a very good rest! It gets dark early there. at 7 pm it is already dark. I can’t imagine how to go outside the hotel to have dinner in such darkness)) so one more plus is to include dinner at the hotel. especially for the price, the same will happen.
