Waiters and chef are polite. Procedures that are free are very weak, and manual massage is paid and expensive, acupuncture is also paid 1 session-2000 tenge, sun loungers on the beach are paid 1000 tenge 1 hour, catamarans 500 tenge 1 hour, excursions are expensive and not interesting. Guide San Sanych didn’t really tell me anything at all. In GENERAL, you can relax for free, but this resort is not worth the money. THERE ARE NO SOAPS, SHAMPOO, SHAPES, NO CONDITIONER IN THE ECONOMY CLASS ROOMS, IT'S VERY STUFFING AND YOU NEED MONEY WITH YOU.
