And yes, the water park, i.e. the water slides work 4-5 hours a day, and not all, at 12 at night the restaurant is closed, and the staff hangs out at the disco. The water on the beach is muddy. Almost always dirty, we only swam from the pier, there more or less clean water. They promised to take them to the middle of the lake on a boat trip, but they didn’t, they drove off a little and swam for 15 minutes, instead of the promised hour. The guides are swindlers !!!

We are not the first time in Issykul, so this is the truth about Solemar. I absolutely agree with magikmagik! I went on vacation with a child, in general, it’s like nothing, nature, sun, air, but mortal longing! You have to go there either with a big company, or when you just want to sleep. guests is extremely low. There are a lot of insects in the rooms, you can’t open the window, there are no mosquito nets. Shower one name, trough and curtain. Linen is not changed probably the whole season. There is no pharmacy, no convenience store either. I won't go there again.

The rooms (Astana 2-bed) do not provide trash cans and brushes for cleaning the toilet. You need to catch the maid, she will come with her brush and clean up after you.
