The hotel has many advantages, but at the same time, there are a number of comments related primarily to the management.
Among the advantages it should be noted:
1) Large territory, many pools, beautiful architecture
2) Spacious rooms (our room was 50 meters plus a terrace of 10 meters, in general, quite enough) 2) Double cleaning in the room (daytime - basic and evening turndown service, 3) free mini-bar, 4) interesting and fairly rich Swedish table (many dishes are not thrown in a heap, but laid out in the form of canapes, etc. )
MINUSES:
1) The hotel has serious problems in terms of service and although it is clear that the staff is trying, but the mess is complete!

2) On weekends (Friday and Saturday) it is simply impossible to relax in the hotel due to the influx of local Arabs, and it is clearly visible that the number of local diaspora who have arrived exceeds the hotel's capacity in terms of accommodation. It is impossible not only to swim in the pool when there is a person 50-60, but also to find a free sun lounger. In addition, all these local comrades come with their numerous offspring in the form of 4-5 children, you can imagine what kind of bedlam the hotel turns into. This is not only a problem for Kempinski, but also neighboring Movenpick and Marriot .
3) FLIES!!!!!!!!!!! ! They are just everywhere, it is impossible to sunbathe and 15 seconds, as you literally begin to sit up with these creatures. There are really a lot of them, and not only in the hotel, but in the adjacent territories. In general, the presence of terraces with furniture in the rooms becomes useless, since there is no way to read or relax on them because of the flies. No one fights the flies.
4) Poor entrance to the sea, a lot of sharp stones, it is advisable to swim only in shoes + some strange pipes stick out of the ground on the beach, from which some kind of liquid flows in streams directly into the sea. I personally do not understand how a hotel that positions itself as luxury hotel allows this.
5) STEALTH!!!!!! ! A bottle of expensive perfume was stolen from us, we know when this happened, and despite all attempts by the hotel management to smooth the situation and provide compensation, the sediment remained. us, similar incidents also occurred.
6) The rooms with the so-called designer furniture turned out to be quite shabby.
7) The main restaurant, despite the efforts of the chefs, who cook well, just fine, looks more like a Soviet dining room, serving for a triple, you often had to see how the birds just stomped on the uncleaned tables on the plates.
Well, actually, that's all. The conclusion is that, despite the beautiful wrapping of Kempinski, it does not correspond to its status.
