We answer: maybe! And this often happens with tourists from Russia. Because they accidentally or on purpose press the "do not disturb" button and forget to turn it off. The staff doesn't come. And, proudly, he says that we have a record of all such clicks in the system, and if claims are made against us, we can always prove that the guest himself is to blame!
This is fine? That is, you can only extort money from Russians? And ask at least a day later why they ask you not to clean, or why the “do not disturb” sign is on for so long; is it supposed to be 6 stars? This is simply not decent behavior towards hotel guests!

A sufficient number of rooms allows you to live in seclusion, perhaps when the low season begins and prices fall - everything is different, but in the high season it will be comfortable. The rooms are spacious, with / y: bath + shower with a full range of cosmetics, including tablets of fragrant salts, bathrobes, slippers... everything is as it should be. Rooms are offered to choose from: in Ch. bldg. , by the pools, on the beach - choose for yourself. I liked the fitness center, it is important that there is always drinking water (warm / hall), apples / bananas, so we even went with a teenage child (they are not allowed to go there). Mud is a separate “+”, but then you need to go for a week, no less - after the 4th day of the procedures, the heaviness and pain in the lumbar and collar zones that torment most office workers disappeared, and by the end of the rest I completely forgot about my osteochondrosis.
