The Alpenroyal is located at a crossroads, surrounded on three sides by passing roads, so you can "breathe" the Alpine air only on the territory of the hotel, looking through the wire fence at the passing cars and buses. Or on the balcony if you booked a suite, because all other rooms without balcony!
Our Deluxe room turned out to be a small room with old furniture and a bathroom that a 3* hotel would be ashamed of (an old shabby bathtub with a curtain and moldy walls)! And of course no balcony!
A gourmet restaurant in their understanding is warmed-up semi-finished products spread on a fusion-style plate, mashed soups from cubes and tea bags. . . Alcohol prices are like in Moscow!
And most importantly, boorish attitude towards guests at the front desk, especially Russians. There must be too many of us!
