We lived in this orphanage from February 9th to 16th. Three stars and half board, of course, not five stars and all inclusive, but they still counted on human conditions. Dirt and general neglect, a broken air conditioner (which heats the room), soulful blankets, under such blankets the soldiers slept in the barracks. There are dirty disposable tablecloths on the tables in the dining room, which are used forever. On the tables, one napkin per person, often unwashed cutlery. The food itself is inedible. But the worst thing is the owner of the hotel. He complained to our guide Volodya that tourists bring food and drinks to their rooms. He found out about this when he entered the rooms when the residents were not there, searched everything and photographed what he found. True charm? I offered to feed him normally, then no one would buy additional food, so he yelled so that we thought he might hit. By the way, he had no complaints about the products in the room for me and my girlfriend. But the guy is just ugly. He does not know and does not want to know a single Russian word, there is no information in Russian at the hotel anywhere. Looks at tourists with hatred. There is no need to talk about any kindness or friendliness. I am writing this review based on the experiences of all the residents.
