To begin with, it is worth clarifying that I have been to many hotels, including in Italy, and the most pleasant impressions were about Carolin. The staff speaks excellent English, so there were no problems in communication. All employees of the hotel - from the hostess Dulce and her assistants to the excellent chef and cleaners - are surprisingly benevolent and open people.

The staff speaks excellent English, so there were no problems in communication. All employees of the hotel - from the hostess Dulce and her assistants to the excellent chef and cleaners - are surprisingly benevolent and open people. On the first day there was a small problem with the air conditioner - but it was solved within a few minutes with apologies for the inconvenience. The rooms are small but fully stocked, clean, tidy, cleaned every day. The mini-bar in our room was paid (5 euros per day), but we did not need it. We had a tour with breakfasts and dinners, so we occasionally dined at the Zucco or Del Torro cafes, and more often bought at Coop or other alimentari and dined in the room under the coolness of the air conditioner.
The kitchen of the hotel deserves special attention.
Breakfast is a buffet with delicious croissants and every day different cakes, muffins, buns, two types of yoghurts, different muesli, jams, etc. When a product approaches the end, the replacement / addition occurs very quickly and imperceptibly. Once we were late and came up 10 minutes before the end of breakfast, when it was all over - they brought us the whole buffet again, without embarrassing our choice and without hurrying. Every day in the morning they served a menu for the evening - two courses to choose from as the first course and two courses as the second course, plus antipasta and fruit for dessert. Chef - a huge thank you, the dishes for 2 weeks have never been repeated, each was simply amazing!
We also got to Ferragosto, Dulce (the hostess) personally prepared treats - cheese pie, small fruit tartlets and wine. We met the holiday with the whole hotel as one big friendly family.
We went to the beach every day before opening and after closing - so as not to get into the heat (for some reason). And there were many such walkers at dawn and at sunset. Thus it turned out that we never took sun loungers and an umbrella. By the way, once we had fun on Amarea - such an attraction like an inflatable obstacle course, I highly recommend it.
The hotel itself is located in a quiet secluded corner of the third line, next to the Protestant church - on the very first day we got to their disco, in the literal sense of the word, after the evening service. A few tens of meters from the hotel is the Miramare railway station, the train to Rimini Centro (Central Station) takes 4 minutes, costs 20 cents more than the bus, so if you value time and don’t want to ride in a crowded bus, I recommend using it.
On the day of departure (the transfer was in the evening), we left our things on the -1 floor and walked around Miramare all day. Valerio, Dulce, Rakele, Stefania! We miss you very much!!!
Very nice, kind people with whom we communicated more than once and hope to meet again. Everyone highly recommend this hotel!

Cozy room with a balcony and a double bed, very friendly staff, very convenient location of the hotel, third street from the sea, 30 bus stop 11, near a supermarket and a small market with fruits and vegetables. wi-fi at the reception, on the first floor of our room perfectly finished off . Repair modest but neat, not annoying! Rooms are cleaned every day.

Repair modest but neat, not annoying! Rooms are cleaned every day. From five-star hotels incomprehensible to tourists: 1. Lack of a swimming pool, laundry and any territory in the hotel . 2. The proximity of the Miramar railway station (100 m) and the noise of high-speed trains passing by, which are not heard if the balcony door is closed when checking in cash (do not forget to take a check just in case about payment, as they may ask for confirmation of payment of the tax when leaving) The impression of the hotel was good. Would we choose this hotel again? ? Perhaps the stay at the hotel brought a lot of positive emotions!

As the saying goes - worse is possible, but difficult! I would like to know who on the Russian side is responsible for the lawlessness that is happening in this, so to speak, hotel? We lived in this orphanage from February 9th to 16th. Three stars and half board, of course, not five stars and all inclusive, but they still counted on human conditions.

Dirt and general neglect, a broken air conditioner (which heats the room), soulful blankets, under such blankets the soldiers slept in the barracks. There are dirty disposable tablecloths on the tables in the dining room, which are used forever. On the tables, one napkin per person, often unwashed cutlery. The food itself is inedible. But the worst thing is the owner of the hotel. He complained to our guide Volodya that tourists bring food and drinks to their rooms. He found out about this when he entered the rooms when the residents were not there, searched everything and photographed what he found. True charm? I offered to feed him normally, then no one would buy additional food, so he yelled so that we thought he might hit. By the way, he had no complaints about the products in the room for me and my girlfriend. But the guy is just ugly. He does not know and does not want to know a single Russian word, there is no information in Russian at the hotel anywhere. Looks at tourists with hatred. There is no need to talk about any kindness or friendliness. I am writing this review based on the experiences of all the residents.
