Immediately did not like that the hotel has a deposit of 50 euros. The hotel is old. The condition of the rooms is average. We were also given instructions that we are not allowed to eat and drink in the room, (ATTENTION! ) heat the room with steam from the bathroom, smoke (although there are ashtrays), and much more, for which a fine is charged. The rooms are not cleaned. The floors are not washed at all. Bed linen and towels can be required to be changed only with a scandal. For breakfast, a croissant, 1 cup of coffee per person (you can no longer ask for 2), small toasts from the department store with butter and jam. Internet 15 euros. Heating additional 6 euros per day. The hotel is cold. During the hours when they should heat the hotel is not heated. In the afternoon, the hotel is closed for something and everyone is thrown out into the street. They close at 22-23 hours, you can get in until 24 hours. Although the hotel should work around the clock. The hostess of the hotel, a Russian from St. Petersburg, says that there are such rules everywhere and that there is an Italian law (!!!! ) that prohibits eating in the rooms. The hostess Natalya is rude, she poked me, she was rude, she did not fulfill some requests. The most adequate person in the hotel is her husband Michael - Italian. There is also a worker - Giuseppe - an Albanian from Macedonia (he speaks Russian). He sticks, insistently offers sex, taxi services for 5 euros (the bus costs 1 euro 20 cents to the dentra), to any requests he says that we want a lot for little money, so that they were silent and did not tell anyone about problems in the rooms. They gave me a deposit of 50 euros. Other tourists were less fortunate. In general, I have never seen such horror anywhere, although I have never gone on expensive tours. Not even in 2*. The hotel spoiled the holiday. I wrote a claim to the Tez tour operator for a refund of the money spent.
