in Italy I lived in 13-15 hotels, mostly 3 ", but this hotel is a bad exception. I have never met such a blatant lie. Hair dryers, balconies, safes in every room are declared. Nothing like that! The service is crooked. We arrived when dinner was over, compensation No. We arrived from an excursion (we took tickets from the guide) - DINNER IS NOT SUPPLIED! In the morning they gave two stale buns with margarine and an oak peach - this is all the food for the whole day, so the "boys" at the reception said. At dinner, the servants are waiting for everyone to leave so as not to serve dessert - we only learned from the neighbors on the 4th day that dessert was also laid in. Instead of the ordered escalope, they serve pollock tail (only tails! ) - the escalopes ran out (?! ) - this is at the beginning of dinner! The furniture is very wretched , springs sticking out of the mattresses. Everything was falling apart, "thanks" also for not trying to take money from us for repairing this junk. The room is 9-10 meters, the window is on the railway, which is 30-40 meters away. A roar every 3.5 min You can't close the windows because of the heat, but from the air conditioner m no less than from the railway. In short, this is just a regional scale hotel, not a star hotel. Even 1 star means something. . Wouldn't recommend to anyone and minus rating.
