Stayed at this hotel 2 times in September 2006 and 2007. The optimal combination of price and quality. The disadvantage is that walking from the center in the evening is not very comfortable and pleasant, if the windows face the street - the tram interferes early in the morning (only on the 1st day, then I didn’t notice).
