The hotel staff was calm, but without courtesy. The main contingent of the hotel in August - quiet large German families. On the weekends, noisy Italians from the provinces can come. They feel at home, smoke at meals and are not shy about expressing their emotions out loud.
The double room was cool and spacious enough (three windows with shutters), no bath, but with a shower and bidet. Cleaning was carried out every day, shampoo was added to small bottles on the mirror, the hair dryer worked, but ran out of steam quickly and had to wait for it to cool down. Slippers were not provided, but the parquet on the floor did not cool the feet. The CRT TV played Baywatch every night in Italian. Our room was on the third floor at the end of a narrow corridor and no one bothered us during the whole holiday.
I would like to visit again this calm and a little old-fashioned hotel, located in the middle of a hot stone city.
