The hotel for a ski holiday is well chosen. Clean, quiet, attentive staff, do not take tips. It takes 5 minutes to go to the ski bus, to go to Grandvalira for about half an hour. You can use the telecabin and go to Vallnord - the telecabin itself is located 500 m from the hotel. There are rooms for storing skis, snowboards and other things - one in the hotel, the second near the telecabin. We used the one in the hotel, it's more convenient. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, comfortable, towels were changed every day.

The place is cool, I liked absolutely everything: the staff is polite, the room is clean, the food is edible. The mountains can be reached in a couple of minutes - a huge plus for me, since I went exclusively to ride. There are a huge number of trails, for every taste and skill. The whole trip was organized by the tour operator TUI, they are completely satisfied with their work. Nice hotel, clean room, comfortable beds, nice view. The kitchen is not fancy and there is not much variety, but everything was delicious. The lift is very close, the slopes are very different, but all are excellent, there are many slopes.

The only thing that marred our holiday a little was a very active and loud child in the next room, the soundproofing was bad, so we had to listen to all his songs and whims. Of the minuses: 1) a bit crowded in the room and very few shelves for cosmetics and other joys; 2) there is no sea view, it is fenced off by a neighboring hotel; 3) if you left the room after 12, the maids may not get to it. Of the benefits: 1) very friendly staff (I don’t know what the rest write about Carlotta, no one took my bread away from me); 2) for trips to Venice and walking around the resort in the evening, the location is ideal; 3) looks very nice both inside and outside, Venetian-influenced finishes.
