This is the stumbling block of our visit to the hotel. The first incident happened the day after we checked in. We (we are 60 years old, and we need only peace, silence and the sea) returned from the beach, open our room - two maids fly in after us. After pushing us away, one pushes two of our beds together, while the other pulls in a third bed. If you bring a third bed into the room, then all the beds will turn out to be connected together, these are small rooms there. We asked them to come out and closed the door. When the translator came the next day, we told him about it. . He betrayed our words at the reception, but the words "sorry" did not sound from the administrator. Of course, we quickly forgot this - we came to rest. Second case. The hotel has a lunch package service. We ordered lunch packs for 6am as we were leaving for Venice. There was no lunch package. Since the check-out from the room was at 10 am, and the bus for us arrives at 18.00, since we are elderly women, we extended the room for a day (100 euros). In the morning we went to the beach. Returning from the beach, we saw an angry administrator at the reception, who knocked on the clock. We looked at each other in bewilderment - the room was already paid for. She hands us the key to another room. We explain that we paid for our room, she again - sticks someone else's key. As a result, the Russian-speaking boy from the restaurant explained to us that we should move to another room. Nobody warned us about this. On the receipt it was not written about the transfer from one room to another. The hostess - Marta - ran up and began to threaten us with the police. . They called PakTour, the host travel agency. We were again explained that we were supposedly warned that we had to move somewhere and were told that if we did not move, they would call the police. In order not to inflate the conflict, we calmly took two keys (it is worth noting that we did not quarrel, did not raise our voice. We were simply incredibly surprised) and went to collect things. And then the unthinkable happened! The administrator flew in behind us (the woman in the photo of the hotel website) and began to literally throw our things out into the corridor! Throw out! ! Some of the things were not yet in the suitcase, she took them out of the nightstands and threw them into the corridor. As a result, we even increased the pressure. True, they later apologized to us and said that they would find out. Here is such a story. I understand that many, having rested without any incidents, will say that everything is fine, and that we are to blame - we did not behave correctly. But we assure you that we, two elderly teachers, never raise our voices and do not go into conflict. The boorish and unpunished behavior of the staff simply blurred all our great impressions of a wonderful country - Italy. This hotel is not for Russians. Nearby there are many wonderful hotels where the owners are not Germans, but friendly and hospitable Italians.

But I was a witness to the unpleasant behavior of compatriots who were initially dissatisfied with everything (for example, the size of the soap in the room... ). With people who do not speak (and do not attempt to speak) any language other than Russian, and even with eternal claims, it is difficult to be too cordial. I did not notice any discrimination in the seating arrangements in the restaurant. The waiters tried to serve everyone as quickly as possible, they were very kind. In general, I remember all the staff as professionals in their field! Especially warm memories will remain about the owners Marta and Enzo and Anna, who works at the reception!! !
