Upon arrival, we warned the cleaners to clean our room until 12 noon. One day at one o'clock a cleaning lady broke into the room with her cart. We refused to clean up, and she shrugged her shoulders and said that she had to clean up. We were forced to leave the room in the very heat and wander the streets! There is also a woman working at the reception who does not want to listen to you or see your face, it is impossible to contact her. This is not to mention the fact that there are practically only Russians in the hotel, and there is not a single Russian-speaking administrator at the administration. No one also explains the rules of the hotel, we were driven either on the beach from place to place, or in the dining room (I mean the restaurant). There are not enough waiters, you are forced to sit waiting for a meal for one and a half to two hours instead of walking or doing other things. The beach is quite dirty - branches, garbage, cigarettes. The pool is tiny for small children. Animation and entertainment is not here at all. They think the Wednesday candlelight dinner is enough. The rooms have a huge audibility, the cleaning lady constantly wakes up in the early morning with a terrible roar, moves furniture, makes noise. You can also hear every word of the neighbors, and this, of course, is very unpleasant. In general, I kindly ask you not to go to this hotel, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT robbed, you will get a lot of negative emotions!

Excellent Italian cuisine both in the hotel restaurant and in establishments located nearby, where we sometimes dined for a change, did not leave us indifferent. Traditional notions that the Italian table is pasta and pizza have been shattered to the ground by local chefs, who have turned my sister and me into loyal adherents.
