We rested with a large company, everyone had the same opinion that for that money a cat. we paid, everything is much better than expected. People came from neighboring hotels, where there are more stars and were surprised that we have a better one than theirs. the staff is friendly, welcoming. There were no problems with the language half Russian, half English. and everyone understood each other. And we want to go back!
