A little about the rest in GOA
I recently returned from a working trip to GOA (the southern state of India) and I want to share with all my impressions, information and photos about this wonderful vacation.
There is such a stereotype that India is a very dirty, poor, undeveloped country and is only suitable for backpackers (tourists traveling on their own. BUT this is not so! And GOA is the best place for an organized beach holiday that can be combined with a varied excursion program.
Tips for choosing a holiday in GOA:
1. Flight. This year, a new UIA flight was launched with a direct flight to GOA, but with a technical landing in Sharjah (refueling) - very convenient despite the long flight of 9 hours. There is food on board, which is important.
2. State choice - South or North GOA?
North GOA is a place like no other suitable for a youth party vacation. Calangute and Baga beaches - here you will find round-the-clock discos and enchanting performances, exotic souvenir markets, shops, endless restaurants, ready to offer even the most demanding gourmets dishes of Oriental and European cuisine.
South GOA - for more demanding tourists, wide beaches, romance, but at the same time there are small villages where you can have fun in local restaurants.
3. Choice of hotel. The most common question when planning your vacation. Hotels in GOA from 2 * to 5 * deluxe - very green, fragrant in flowers and reservoirs - in general, exotic. Even with the right choice of budget 2 * you can enjoy your vacation 100%.
4. Excursions are a separate topic for this direction - there is a huge variety of them. I advise you to visit such - Dudhsagar Waterfall + Spice Plantation, North Goa + visiting the Arpora night market, Temples and dances, elephants in the jungle, Old Goa charm and shopping, etc.
