My husband and friends and I rested in Goa from 5.11 to 13.11. I want to note right away that the photos of the hotelier are true, the only thing is that the photo of the room, most likely the most expensive, was posted with increased comfort. The fact that we were not settled immediately (but us brought hours at 7-8 am local time) but only at 12 o'clock. In general, we had to hang out somewhere for another 4 (!!!! ) hours. Well, okay, in principle, I read about this and other hotels . By the way, if someone wants to offer money for a faster check-in, you can try, but it’s not a fact that it will work. During our time, the man “gave” a bottle of vodka to the administrator, but this somehow didn’t change the matter. only at 12 o'clock.
The hotel consists of several buildings: those that are closer to the reception are given to the local population (by the way, there are a lot of them there), those that are far away for the rest of the Russians and Europeans. We were settled on the 3rd and 4th floors, in double rooms. After reading a huge number of reviews about various hotels India (naturally we are talking about 2 * and 3 *), I was pleasantly surprised. Very bright, clean room, large balcony, not a bad enough bathroom, the fan whose power is regulated. They clean the rooms every day, the linen was changed every other day - two, after they began to leave 20 rupees each, they began to change linen every day !!! ))) By the way, we did not need the bed linen that we brought from home, because their linen (contrary to reviews from various sites) turned out to be clean and fresh.
We only had breakfasts. Also, like everywhere else in India, breakfast included: two toasts, butter, jam and coffee or tea. The first days we went to have breakfast at a cafe that was located nearby - "Greek side", by the way, they cook very tasty food, it costs 3 kopecks, there are also Russian-speaking waiters. For the last two days, we decided to save a little and had breakfast at home, but nothing unusual about toasts like toasts.

I read a lot about the theft of things from the rooms. Fortunately, nothing was stolen from us: for example, I left the phone in a conspicuous place, the player and Russian money in a jacket in the closet, they didn’t take anything. But of course you don’t need to provoke anyone and it’s better to leave money ( dollars that have not yet been changed) and passports in the safe at the reception, as well as closing the doors to the balcony from the inside when you leave, which we actually did
Just in case, info: the staff in Russian is not boom-boom, only in English, so learn or write down some phrases...
