Just awful. The operator positioned the hotel as 3 stars, although there is nothing to do with this concept. Changed numbers twice. The first one was generally terrible and smelly, it had two beds, seedy bedside tables and EVERYTHING: where is the TV, air conditioning, etc. There was not even shampoo, soap, one towel for two. The smell of mold was jumping in the room frog. Imagine the impression of people arriving on vacation in a 3-star hotel. On the first day they refused to change the room, then they gave the same one, but without the smell and frogs. But again empty. They began to ask the operator to change the hotel, then the staff gave another room in which it was already possible to stay (two rooms, a TV, a normal closet). They immediately asked us to return home, we were offered to buy a ticket for our own money (1200 US dollars, which we no longer had). They became hostages in a foreign country.
All negotiations took 3-4 days out of 6 days of rest. All in all, the holiday was ruined. Thank you travel agent.
