Very nice cozy hotel across the road from the promenade. The rooms are in good condition, although small, but for Israeli 3 * - just super. And if you order the so-called VIP-room, then there will be either a larger area, or with a balcony and a sea view.
The food is delicious, homemade. Tea and coffee are available free of charge 24 hours a day. The staff is very polite and attentive. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby.
To the elevator descending from the high bank to the beach - 200 meters, to the central square and Herzl street with shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. - also 200 meters, only in the other direction.
I spent 2 nights there and was satisfied with everything. That is why I put 5 points on all counts.
